Smashing IT! Great spot to have a quick bit to eat before taken in a few movies. Excellent customer service. And if you're not sure what to get they'll let you sample a bunch of stuff. I had the Mango Chicken and it was amazing! Great noodles as well.

There is special deal for one meat and one veg with noodle/rice. It's just $9.30ish. The most favorite one of the restaurant is that I could choose pad thai for the noodle part. :) definately would like to visit again because it is reasonable deal. They gave enough portion as well. Highly recommanded.

Ordered a spicy shrimp noodle soup, it was fresh cooked, tasted very fresh and delicious, it was a big portion couldn’t finish all but got a lid and took away. Very friendly customer service and explained to me how the combos worked too!

The chef does not wear a hat which is why i found hair inside the food. When i took it to the counter the lady sarcastically said there is nobody here with short hair looking at my hair. I told her i pulled the hair outside the meat. Upon which again she became furious. There was another lady at the counter who just left immediately to the washroom and i noticed she did not change her gloves also after returning. I did not bother to ask for a refund or an exchange in front of my family. Very rude behavior.

To be fair, I did go around closing time so maybe that’s why the food was preety cold but overall the experience was pretty mehhh. If you wanna grab something to eat and not really trying to look for quality but quantity then this is your place to go to. But if you’re looking for fresh food this is defintley not the place I would recommend. The store beside it, Asian Gourmet, is a lot better overall to be completely honest. Overall though the service was good. food (5/10) service (8/10) Atmosphere(5.5)

Food was tasty big portions not bad I opted for their vegetarian option 2-3 veggies with rice or noodles. Taste was great only thing is their eggplant veggie option was too salty the sauce they cover it with. I feel they should just grill the eggplant and lessen the salt. To note their fried rice has eggs so instead. Ask to be served plain rice if you have problem with egg. Good staff overall 4 stars 👍🏾

What do you expect from a food court offering? Myself, I like to satisfy my hunger, and that’s exactly what California Thai did for me while I was walking around the Yonge-Dundas area looking for a good bite. I was there pretty late so I could sit beside the windows overlooking the Square; lucky me. I’m not sure, however, how lucky you’d be if it was during the day and much busier.
