I celebrated my birthday there and a time was definitely had! My first interaction was with Greg (who was very helpful). he helped me organize my reservation cause I had a large party and he also helped customized the thank you card for my guests! The food and drinks were really good! I highly recommend the mussels, the sauce that it was in was really tasty. Our server Mario was wonderful! Shout out to Mario!!!!! He was attentive, made sure we all got what we needed, super nice and knows the menu!! All in all 10/10, and I will definitely go back! Happy New Years!

Recommended by a friend, we were extremely happy with the food and service. We ordered the steak and it was done to perfection! The restaurant has a warm, inviting ambiance—great for families and friends. The server was attentive and efficient. So wonderful to have an evening out and be taken care of so well!

I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! I was looking into nice, classy and good quality steakhouses for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner, and this one just caught my eye. Not only was this an amazing find, everything about this was 10/10. I have nothing but amazing things to say. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such pleasant hosts. The ambiance was absolutely stunning with beautiful live music creating the most romantic atmosphere. The food was incredibly delicious, the steak was the best we’ve ever had. The variety and selection here was amazing. So many options to choose from and not limited to just steak in case you’d like to try other dishes! If I ever have an event or special occasion for the future - Cagney’s is the way to go. Best experience, with the best food. They completely outdid themselves. This place was impressive, I highly recommend dining with them for all events, birthdays and special occasion! Thank you for making our night so special and memorable ☺️

Milan was serving us. He had an amazing understanding of the menu and business. He also understood I was a high valued personal which means he understood his audience and gave us an amazing time at this establishment. Cagney continues to show why it remained a top spot in the industry for steak holders and foodies alike. They also killed it with the special request orders and executed it with perfection. I will definitely be returning The garlic thing was amazing first time I seen someone make a full garlic not taste garlicky and melt in your mouth.

Came across Cagney’s for a birthday dinner for my girl! Food was really good, atmosphere is very exciting. Love that we had a section basically of our own for our dinner. This place is great for events- big and small! Shoutout to Mario! He was absolutely the best!

Came here and ordered the New York steak. It was pretty good but to me, it was too expensive for just good. I was expecting great for that price (ie: the New York steak at the keg is just as good but also cheaper). This place had a nice vibe and the bread they serve before the main dinner was great!

The customer service and the managers were amazing but this review is about the food. I spent over $140 fighting/wrestling my food, especially the lobster tail. I had to fish out the meat from the lobster tails + I had to use my own hands to fish out the meat. Why would I be paying $140 to fight and wrestle with my food when it should be flawless eating my meal at that price point. The management was reasonable and he understood my feedback but this is just something that I would not be paying at this price.

Food is delicious. We ordered French Onion Soup, Boneless Ribeye, Scallops and Shrimp Pasta, and Cagney Cheesecake. The French Onion Soup is surprisingly delicious, not as salty as other restaurants. Ribeye is well cooked at medium rare, not too raw and not overcooked. Scallops and Shrimp Pasta is delicious, shrimps are big and meaty, the pasta has a bit of spicy flavor, which I really like. The cheesecake is creamy but the homemade jam has a taste of sweet and sour, which makes the dessert a freshly taste. It balanced so well that even though me and my wife were full after the main course, we still eager to finish the whole dessert. The servant is very good. We ordered just one soup and one dessert, and he able to directly gave us two spoons for both soup and dessert without having us to ask for it!!! I would give the restaurant a five star if the restaurant could attend to a bit more details. It was our anniversary, and I specifically marked in my booking at opentable.ca. I brought my wife there intended for a surprise for her. Since the restaurant doesn’t aware of my remark, so nothing has been done to celebrate. 🫠 Anyway, the food is very delicious, and I do recommend to everyone looking for a non-franchise steakhouse.
