Lack of humanity!! There was a fire in our building on Christmas Eve, and my 7 year old daughter wanted to go to the bathroom, when I went to burrito boys and requested them if my daughter can use the bathroom, the manager openly refused. We live in a very sad world that has no humanity!! Very disappointed with their attitude!

Love this burrito boyz. They’re so nice and welcoming the moment you walk in and the food is always fantastic for a quick bite. Only thing I wish, is that they had a bathroom for their customers. Other than that; great location!

This place was running like a well oiled machine on a Sunday evening in July. Watching the guys and girls dress and twist up one massive burrito after another was impressive. Even watching the the grill master scrape and clean the grill in five seconds flat between each and every order gave me the impression that these are professionals, and they take pride in their work.

The service at this location was great. Super friendly each time I’ve eaten here. I’m a HUGE burrito boyz fan. I’ve eaten here since its inception around 20 years ago at their OG location. This location is a HUGE disappointment. I don’t even know why I continue to try eating here. I’ve had the chicken, beef, and shrimp. I usually love the halibut but I wouldn’t even dare try it here. Like other reviews stated, the food is absolutely flavourless. I don’t even know how it is possible for it to taste so bland. I mean, the toppings look fresh and the sauces come out looking the same. But for some reason it seems like the burritos need way more seasoning, definitely more salt. It’s such a shame cause burrito boyz used to be a leader in the burrito game, but I have absolutely no faith in the food at this location. Skip it if you are looking forward to big bold flavours. You will be disappointed.

No where to sit down, horrible rude service. They barely speak English. It was 30C+ in there. I can't imagine what it will be like in the summer. The food is tasteless and looks like it was prepared by a child. Piled up high in the center and the beef is still freezing cold. Absolute trash. Avoid at all costs.

This restaurant managed to make this chicken quesadilla taste unseasoned and bland. It truly felt like I was eating a cardboard box with extremely watered down sauces. The chicken was crumbly and tasteless and had a powder like texture and I paid an extra $1 for guacamole just to get sugary mush that tastes 2 weeks old. First time coming to this franchise and this location and is definitely the last. If I could get my money back that would be greatly appreciated.
