Burrito Boyz

Always busy, even after lunch hour. Steak burrito was great. Regular size fed me well and full. Loads of meat, balanced with a good amount of rice, beans, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, corn, peppers, salsa (tomato based or mango), and guacamole (extra). Toasted to a slight crunch, but the tortilla skin was still chewy overall.

Ordered from here many times on Uber eats. Food is always great, portion sizes are the perfect amount, and the best part is the prices are very reasonable. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t.

One of the worst staff. Came to pick up the delivery orders. As soon as I walked in to the store, the guy asked me to wait as it will take time. There was no one in the restaurant at that time and they didn’t even started to make the delivery order. Then came few walk in customers. They started making the orders for the walk in customer. After few minutes I asked why my order was not getting ready, then staff replied to me that they give priority to walk in customers first, no matter how long the delivery driver waits. They even asked me multiple times to cancelled the delivery order if I don’t want to wait. I had an argument with the staff, and they told me I’m being unprofessional. Where were your professionalism when u guys asked me to cancel the order. so finally after waiting 25 mins they gave me the order. This is not the first time it happened to me. Every time drivers has to wait to pickup the order. So if your priority is walk in customers, why you guys are using the delivery partners courier service. They r giving u business more than the walk in customers. To whoever is in charge of this location, plz look into this and asked the staff to treat the delivery partner drivers with respect. I don’t want to post the picture of that girl who was showing so much attitude as she was the owner of the place. They r just the employees of the store, asked them to stop behaving as they own the store.

Service is amazing. They sent me free chips and churros a few times, and it really makes a difference. You can tell there is a sense of caring about their customers, which I love. Food is great as-well, consistent and never disappoints

Ordered on the app and it was easy. The inside was busy when I came for pick up due to being busy lunch crowd. The food wasn’t ready and it took longer than what the app said. The food was as usual - the Vegan Bean Burrito with extra hot sauce was just as I like it and it was exactly the same as other multiple locations we have been to. The vegan Soy Ground burrito with vegan cheese and sauces was again the best (as usual). BB does not seem to disappoint no matter which location we visit.

I recently had an unpleasant experience as an Uber Eats driver at this restaurant. While I understand that restaurant staff can be busy, the level of disrespect I encountered was unacceptable. Not only was my order delayed far beyond the expected pickup time, but the staff was dismissive and rude when I inquired about the status. As a driver, I strive to ensure food is delivered promptly to customers, but I cannot do my job effectively if I’m treated poorly and forced to wait unnecessarily without any communication. I hope the management takes steps to improve how they treat drivers, as we play a key role in ensuring their customers receive their food.

Best fast food restaurant in the city. They are excellent in customer service. Team work is on different level. They are always running busy but didn’t feel like when I walked in. I got my burrito done quickly, they prioritize in-house orders in timely manner. Don’t miss out the best part, frontline is killing it. Highly recommended 💯💯💯.

The food is delicious, perfect portion size, the tortilla is great quality and also toasted just enough to make it crunchy at the edges 🤌🏼. The menu is quite extensive but varies around the same ingredients you get from the regular burrito. The quality of the ingredients is good, the closing and wrapping is great too?! The downsides are there it’s mostly a take away, eating there is less optimal. I’d come back, but probably more often should it have a seating area (even if small).
