Burrito Boyz

Placed an order on Too Good to Go. Nothing much left over. 4x4 container of sweet potatoes (delicious). Also, 8x8 container of rice which was not good for my diabetes.

Come here very frequently and always have a great experience. The food is amazing, the workers especially Yash, Tamanna, and Ekta are so nice and knowledgeable. I've been to a lot of Burrito Boyz and this is forever the best one. They don't skimp out on portions and they're always happy to help.🌯🌮

we had ordered two burritos, one of the burritos was supposed to be a mix of steak and sweet potato but i received an only steak burrito missing some toppings like lettuce and the sauces i had asked for inside the burrito and the hot sauce on the side. On the second burrito we asked for cheese and cilantro which we also did not get. This is the second and last time we order from this location, both times have been pretty disappointing and as a former employee at the Bboyz in port credit missing things like extra protein and sauces on the side (which are extra charges) is a shocking level of carelessness

Great service! Ordered for a sweet potato with soya bowl. And this guy Yash made it really great. Other places add a very little of guacamole but he served with a perfect quantity.

Bar Burrito is my go-to spot for quick Mexican food, and I particularly enjoy their salad bowls. However, during my recent visit to this specific store for lunch on a Wednesday between 12:15-12:30 pm, I was disappointed to find only one staff member handling the rush of in-person and online orders. They should consider increasing staffing during peak lunch hours for better service, especially for the office crowd.

Last night ordered here off uber eats and ordered two burritos. First one was great, had it for dinner last night. But the next morning while I was eating the second burrito there happened to be a chicken bone in it. As someone who has worked in a fast food kitchen before, this is completely unacceptable. Fortunately, it did not injure me but at the same time this is a safety hazard. Whoever made this burrito needs to re-evaluate and take their job a little more seriously because you can seriously injure someone. As you can see the tip of the bone was very sharp and I’m just glad to be okay. Don’t even bother ordering from this specific store since the workers are just so careless.

The stop serving good portions especially In picture 1 Fish and chips- portion small gets smaller everytime I go. Picture 2 Haddock taco-- small portion as you can see in the next picture is when I first started getting the tacos how the portion was and now they cut the fish in half Picture 3 Full size i have no complain on this.. but I dont receive this portion no more They tell me too call the head office.. is this good customer service? The other day I ordered a chicken buritio with hardly any chicken.. the workers do dont have good customer service.

I ordered the Mega Fryz Extreme from Burrito Boyz over the phone and specifically asked for extra refried beans, but they completely missed that request. For $13, I was expecting a lot more – both in terms of portion size and attention to detail. The fries were decent, but the quantity felt pretty underwhelming for the price. Definitely disappointed this time and hoping they can step up their game.
