This location is much better about following directions that the Dundas location- recommend if you are ordering online. Food was cold and didn't appear as fresh. It may be that this chain is just not as good as they used to be.

Me and my husband ordered Chicken burrito last night , my husband is lactose intolerant. His stomach get upset right after eating chicken burrito . We end up going to shoppers for medicine and it got worst we have to go to Emergency. I called this morning to let them know , I asked for supervisor they said they have no supervisor then I explain what happened and then all of sudden a girl named Aman took over the phone and said she is supervisor not even sure if she was . She checked everything and asked me to wait for call from Manager because we haven’t selected anything that has lactose . A manager called he didn’t say his name barely speaking English . Asking F me what I ordered . When Manager calls usually they come with investigation done he didn’t show any sympathy because our Halloween was ruined . He said he checked the recording I need that recordings for my satisfaction because my husband haven’t eat anything after that meal and he got sick. The manager told me take a legal action and said good night . Seems he was I. Sleep it’s noon . Wake up …… rather than showing some sympathy and working on make it right Manager showed tons of attitude. These places should be closed who are playing with people’s health. Very disappointed, that was a place we usually go and I remember the guy working in front who was very generous and kind . This was not expected.

Burrito Boyz on Burnhamthorpe is fantastic! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to order. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. We ordered bean and cheese burrito, was really good. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night bite, the service is fast and the portions are generous. Definitely one of the best spots for burritos in the area! Highly recommended.

The food as well as service of the burrito boyz is fabulous. Especially the CSR girl named Aakash is over the top. I have never seen such kind of generous and prompt action taker staff member. She understands her customers taste and demand and tried to fulfill them ASAP.

I recently ordered a base burrito from Uber Eats, from the location at 720 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Unit 31a, Mississauga, ON L5C 3X3. I requested additional toppings, expecting a bit more quantity, and was pleasantly surprised to receive more than I anticipated. The presentation was excellent, and the vegetables were fresh. I have ordered this dish from other locations before, but none matched the quality and quantity of this one. The naked burrito from this location was outstanding. I will definitely order from here again, and it will be my go-to spot. Thank you so much for the wonderful food. Great job!

Manpreet and Kenil are the absolute best! They made me and my family the best burrito I’ve had in years. All the ingredients are so fresh even at 3am. It tasted better than other restaurants that close early. Worth the drive every time. Make sure to come to this burrito boyz if you’re looking for an amazing meal. 10/10 and thank you again. Appreciate you both.

I have been to this location a few times. Great service, great food. The staff there are great. It's so close and convenient. Not to mention, open until 4 am!!! If you need great eats late at night, this is definitely the place!

Do you want chicken with your rice burrito or bowl? Then this is the place they serve it at. Seriously though, they put a whole lot of rice and less proteins. Of course they are trying to maximize profits by serving more of less costly ingredients... It's a mess, not authentic at all. If you're hungry and just want a fake rice burrito or bowl then this is the spot for you I guess. Burrito Boyz used to be good when they first opened up, not anymore.
