If you go here to order, you should have a four or even five-star experience. The issue is ordering online. We have numerous (almost to the point of consistently) had errors with our order. Sometimes, it's missing toppings we've ordered. Most of the time though, it's receiving toppings we didn't order. It completely ruins a meal when you get a topping you dislike throughout your burrito. We've also had them rolled incorrectly, where all the toppings were in one half only. Another off-putting one that sometimes happens is huge chunks of a topping. A big piece of pepper, or the chunky end of a lettuce stalk. I've had several interactions with corporate, though I haven't contacted them near the amount of times we've had issues. They have admitted to having issue with the location and have said they've been working on turning it around. That said, these issues (with us at least) date back to at least 2021. If you're there to order, enjoy. It's pretty hard to mess up toppings when you're there to hold their hand. However if you're ordering online, and especially if it's more than one burrito and they have different toppings, prepare yourself for pretty much anything. The bonus though is if they get it right, it's very good.

Always fresh, always fast and always delicious!!!!! The naked bowl is packed with so much flavour and never disappoints!!! Great value for how much food you get.

I love the food it taste amazing. But it is all brown people working there so communication can be an issue. They have gotten rid of deals they used to have which is a bummer but it’s still decently priced considering it’s 2024 and it’s healthy. I go here very often much better option than going to McDonald’s or Taco Bell.

I just had one of the best burritos in a long time! It was perfectly made, packed with flavor, and every bite was just right. Despite how busy it was when I ordered, the staff handled everything impressively. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at managing the rush without compromising quality or service. Highly recommend! Well done guys!

The service is terrible, workers sit on top of the counter where food is prep, they are on their phone chit chatting when there's a line of customers waiting to be served. There was a homeless man sleeping inside on the floor so we couldn't eat inside.( It was in the middle of summer )

Unbelievable. I ordered a Naked Burrito and made a request to have my cold and hot stuff separate. I go home and find that I barely got any pork in my naked. After a long walk home the food got scattered which didn’t bother me, but I couldn’t seem to find any pork. When I called to complain about the portion size. The lady tries to gaslight me telling me that I had a bite of it because it’s all scattered. Super unreasonable

This is no burrito - this is at best, mixed rice. There is not even a tablespoonful of meat on this plate. Perhaps 2 tablespoons of beans at best and then a whole lot of rice. I placed the fork there just for comparison. Go to another place; this is outrageous they’ll charge that much for this amount of rice. You’ll be better feed by a subway sandwich. Something must’ve changed because it used to be great. If you guys are cutting costs by cutting quality and nutrition, you’ll go broke fast. Charge what you need to maintain the prices, or people won’t come back. I am seriously not considering returning, this is a waste of money and time.
