Burrito Boyz

I recently ordered a burrito wrap, and it fell short of expectations. The rice was undercooked, and the ingredients were poorly mixed. I suggest providing additional training to your staff to enhance the quality. This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a Burrito Boys location.

Absolutely disgusting. I found a long black hair in my burrito bowl. Tried calling the restaurant their phone doesn’t work. Uber eats won’t give me a refund. This has happened before also. Disgusting. Wear hair nets!

I visited many locations of burrito boyz but this location felt like home. They were welcoming and the service is above and beyond. The food was fresh and the staff were very polite. I order many items at this location and it was dine-in. I was also given free bag of chips with salsa as a compliment that gesture was cheery on the cake. I would definitely suggest you all to visit this location. Will definitely come back to this place.

This place has literally the worst burrito out of all locations. There was no salt in any of the sauces and the PLUS the sauce was stale. I spent 23 dollars here and it tasted like garbage - don’t bother. The chicken was unsalted with large overcooked pieces. They accidentally added a dot of hot sauce + a line of pineapple sauce which made my burrito too spicy for me. It was the worst combination extremely spicy but no salt. The funny thing is I got a bag of chips and the chips were too salty. This place was horrendous DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I visited Burrito Boyz today and while the food was good as usual, I was very disappointed by the behavior of the store owner. During my visit, I noticed the owner treating the employees rudely and disrespectfully. It’s important to have a positive work environment where employees feel valued, and this clearly wasn’t the case here. The overall experience left a bad taste, and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure the staff are treated with the respect they deserve. Food alone isn’t enough to bring me back if the atmosphere continues like this.

What a nice place. I ordered food at 11:45pm(after left from work). They still process my order with great customer service skill even though they were closing at 12am. Very polite and calm employees working there. Must visit place and order from this location. The girl who’s taking order over the phone and at the counter need raise for such a great service.

Food was burned, both of our quesadillas were burnt. The loaded fries were nasty we only took one bit. Food was nasty. I picked up my food didn’t check as I have been ordering food from this location since 2020 and have never had issues. I called them to tell them the food is burned. They said they will give me 50% off. I said no I want a full refund. The lady said she will speak with team lead. Then she came back and said there is no way it can be burned as our grills are designed not to burn. I said I can send you pictures of food. Then the team lead said they will issue 50% I said no. I have never in the last 4 years ever complained about the food. Then he said ok will give your full refund but you have to come to the store. The store is 15 mins away from my house. I asked if they can just issue the refund over the phone and they said no. I asked to speak to a manager. Then another person came on the phone and said there is no manager. It’s Saturday and long weekend, and there is no manager. I did ask who is in charge, she said no one. I said you said there is a team lead, let speak to them. And then she said there isn’t any. I said I had you on speaker phone and I have witnesses when you said “let me speak with the team lead”. I asked nicely for 20 mins to issue my money and put it back on my credit card and they said no. Honestly worst customer service. They rather loose a customer then to provide quality food and service.

Literally a waste of money. How is it possible that you miss out on 5 different items especially sauces. Take a look at the pictures, we asked for white tortilla, we received a brown tortilla. Did not ask for rice, RECEIVED tons of rice. Asked for sour cream, did not receive sour cream. Honestly I would not even bother coming here. Trust me, go somewhere else. The service is terrible and I doubt they will ever get your order right. Shame on you guys….
