Burrito Bandidos

Ordered a chicken burrito and it tasted strongly of fish. I understand cross contamination can happen but this was disgusting. Usually the quality here is great and I’m happy to edit the rating if there is some acknowledgement that it’ll be looked into.

Very mediocre burritos and unbelievably slow service. I ordered the mango chicken burrito and what I got was the most flavourless, dry chicken, with no hint of mango whatsoever. Even when loaded with toppings, my burrito ended up tasting so bland and unlike any Mexican food I've ever had. It took over 15 minutes to make 2 burritos when we were the only customers in the store, and the person working the counter was very inattentive. It should be common sense when you see a customer come up to the counter to ask if they need something, but I had to interrupt her conversation with the cook, even though she definitely saw me, just to ask for something. The restaurant also had a weird smell, and there was a garbage can in the dining area that had no lid on it, which probably contributed to the smell. Overall it's passable as a burrito, but just barely.

My husband and I were over in Toronto as part of our honeymoon from the UK. On a very hot day in June, we were tired and hungry and we just wanted something quick and easy so we could go to the beach and enjoy ourselves. Quite frankly we stumbled upon this restaurant which was about to open and just waited for some food. During our 3 week stay in Canada (east to West coast) we had many many meals, but I can promise you this burrito was in my top 3 no questions asked!!! It was so good I still dream of it to this day and I was never really a huge burrito fan anyway. A 5 star and the easiest recommendation ever. If you’re ever in Toronto or live there please try this place!

Ordered two of the SAME bowls last night from UberEats. I'm not sure if they ran out of ingredients or what happened but you can see the size difference between the two. I even weighed them to be sure. I paid extra for the bigger size for both. They also completely forgot the sauces for one of them. The second bowl looks like they forgot to finish it. I used to order frequently, but I will not be ordering from this place again. Edit: owner answered my review and asked me to email. I did and never got a response FYI.

TLDR : Busy Joint, Fairly Clean, Exquisite Customer Service (Mansi), Yum Tacos! One of those impulsive checkouts as I was bored waiting for the 501/503 streetcar at Queen St East at Coxwell Avenue. Was greeted in by Mansi who is the cashier and server at the station as well. It being my first time in the place I went ahead with a 2pc Tacos for the go which is 8.99+tax. The 3pc is a better deal for 10.99+tax. The regular toppings include lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spring onions, rice, choice of black beans - deep fried beans or both. Gauco is a premium topping :”) The joint is spacious and have a dine in space as well. In total it was a a great experience, much thanks to Mansi for their warm personality and kindness. You don’t get that kinda customer service everyday, especially in Toronto :)

We ordered a nacho bar catering for our corporate party. We found it from searching on google and it turned out fantastic. The delivery was on time, the email communication was followed through, the food and vegetables were fresh. So many positive feedback from our staff. We will definitely put them on our vendor list for our future corporate events.

The sauces that they use were so flavourful. This is the part I liked. However, it’s pricy compared to portion size. I think the staff have been instructed to do minimum amount of all adds on lol. I have ordered chicken bowl and literally they gave me a table spoon from each side.

Worst. They cut one piece of fried fish and put parts in three tacos. They save on ingredients really bad. Dry, juiceless chicken with weird flavour. Definitely not meeting up to standard Bandidos quality in comparison to other locations. Not coming back.
