staff was very kind, food good, dining in area clean and great music. very busy at dinner sometimes longer wait time but workers are apologetic and try to be fast.

Brutal, just brutal service. I think 3 people work here to make the food, serve the counter and the drive thru. I started at the drive thru, no response from the speaker I waited 2 minutes "hello? hello?" Ok maybe it's not working so I drive around to the pickup window, but instead there are 2 cars are waiting "in park" for their orders...I'm stuck for 8 minutes, get to the window and why bother I might as well park and go inside. Second mistake...there are 2 people waiting for their orders and by the look on their faces they've been here a while. I wait for one of the 3 staff and finally get my order taken. Now waiting...I'm literally typing this review as I stand beside other people waiting. The order screen is blank...i better ask if they even know about my order. Don't open a new location with minimal staff and non working system. First and last time visiting here 😡 BTW staff were friendly and apologetic so no blame on their performance.
