Pathetic customer service..went into the store for brekkie around 9:15-9:30am today 21st dec ..after the order was placed, my order was not being called even after a wait of 30mins. when I went to check the update of my order ..supervisor mentioned that the order was already done and served and will not be made again and accused us of doing some sorta fraudulent with the order. The supervisor was super rude and not at all polite and was so adamant that she will not make the order again . We literally had to show the proof of transaction even though the receipt was submitted to her ..she refused service when it was her fault that the order was served to another customer without checking the receipt and order number and also to mention our order number was not called as we waited for more than 30mins in the store ..supervisor didn’t even apologize for her actions. Later, when she realized that it was her fault .she tried to convince us to wait for another 10-15mins to remake the order , to which we refused because we were late for work and requested a refund..worst customer experience ever received ..and really bad attitude esp of the supervisor!! Would never recommend this store!!!

Customer service is NON-EXISTANT at this particular location. The restaurant is clean and the food is just as good as any other Burger King… however I asked for extra cheese on my Whopper (which was correct and stated on the receipt) but when I got home to eat it there was ZERO cheese at all on it!!! I MUCH prefer the kind and friendly service along with their attention to detail at the Agincourt Mall location however tonight, I was already at Bridlewood Mall and (to my chagrin) decided to try my luck at this location for the second time. Well, there won’t be a third time for sure and certain!!!

Ordered an original chicken sandwich and a poutine with a drink. The poutine was fine, however the sandwich had a hair in it. The hair was at the end of the sandwich. I am 100% sure that it is not my hair as it was tied away and wrapped. Restaurant was closed by the time I had realized.

The slowest service on earth. They jump orders and the workers here clearly have never worked at fast food before. I have given them a few chances and its getting worse and worse. Don't waste your time.

Here at this location when you come with the app to scan your discount codes, they lie to you and they push you to the order online. It is a horrible way to make people pushing to do o line orders just because they want to reduce the line ups, and even if it’s not discount codes still they push you to do online orders. I highly recommend to go other Burger King locations not to this one. The managers are also not helpful, I asked help from the lady whose name Bharti she was helpless.

Food is good. But be very aware that the prices here are much higher than other locations close by .. very disappointed. Fries and onion ring portions seem very small compared to other fast food places. Was looking forward to having a BK close to home.. but will not eat there due to the quite larger price difference.

Tried to use a code from the app for a nugget and fry deal. The cashier informed us that the system was down and there was nothing they could do. We ordered online and it went through. System didn't appear to be down for that to go through. Poor attitude and customer service. The least they could have done is suggest ordering through the app.
