I work nearby at the Hockey Hall of Fame, so I sometimes grab something on my lunch or before a shift. Whenever I do, I find the staff are always kind and pleasant. My food always arrives hot and tastes fresh. A good place to stop before a shift at the Hall of Fame!

Great gaslighting from the service lady. We ordered a kids meal. They ran out of something and gave us something else. Instead of apologizing sincerely, she said to my child that she had something for compensation, which is the toy that WE PAID FOR. Wow. And she forgot to give me one of my items.

This is a great location. Friendly staff, meals carefully prepared, and plenty of space to sit in this food court. I was there last Saturday, and Charlie was taking orders at the counter. She was super friendly, attentive to all customers, and really helpful. I also like that we were able to request drink refills. I will definitely come back to this location.

Just ordered and received food from this location via Skip and the poutine and fries are douced in so much salt, it's completely inedible! Tastes like someone just poured a cup of salt on them. The whoppers are fine. Tried to call the number and of course it's a recording stating they are unable to take the call. Would never order from this location again.

Not sure why but everything I order I'm always missing some of my order. Plus always a long wait. Maybe because there new, but it's consistently happening. Plus staff don't seem to know the menu either. Do they not train people beforehand?.

Went for the first time at this location since it opened, and I would guess it's not specific to the location, but I was shocked of how much the portions were reduced, while the price actually increased. It was like I ordered a junior sandwich or "happy meal". On top of this, the quality was way under what I was used to and not even up to par, so mostly likely I won't be going to BK any time soon as there's much better options in the same price range.

2:45pm on a Wednesday. Was in line and nobody was taking orders for 10 minutes. Someone had to ask some of the workers a few times to get someone on the register. Finally they did but there were 3 of us in line and they did 1 person, waited 3 minutes and then the next and so on. A lot of orders were going through on the self serve or the app. Took about 10 minutes to get the food after the order was put through. Order was correct, food was good but if you are in a rush, either order ahead or visit the other location in the PATH which is about a 10 minute walk.
