Burger King

Not high quality, care doesn't seem to be put in food. I have had much better at other Burger King locations.

I am not sure if it is the workers who don't want to be there or if it the franchise itself but what the hell is going on with the quality of the food ??? Your fries are rock hard and cooked in old grease , do we know how to change the oil in the fryers ? The burgers are unreal they r not fresh, definitely frozen and definitely not grilled and the mess the burger comes in .. the only thing that comes right is the drinks and I am guessing it's because there is not much work to pushing a button and filling up a cup !!! And I have to ask is it really that hard to give napkins with the nasty meals u serve, I would like something to spit that nasty crap !!!

We dont eat fastfood often, but when we go out we we do like this location the best. The staff are lovely, the food is always fresh and hot and it's a relaxed atmosphere.

I ordered a crispy chicken combo with extra onions and large fries to go. I got a small fry, undercooked chewy chicken with no onions which I only had one bite of. Not worth turning around to go get it fixed, I won’t be returning due to the current staff and crap food.

I have been going to the Burger King in Orangeville for a while now (several years) and I am finally writing a well deserved and a long over due review. This Burger King (orangeville location) operates to perfection. They are very friendly, very efficient, and offer perfection. They're so incredibly fast on each and every order (and the foods appearance is exactly as they advertise it, meaning they don't speed up the process to lose on quality), and they never mess up an order, and believe me I have ordered enough from them that one would expect a simple mess up, but they don't. A huge Thank you to all the staff as I can only imagine it takes all the staff involved to be this good day in and day out. Thanks, from a loyal customer. :) Linda

We came in at 9:30 am and watched them still doing morning prep while we were ignored at the front counter for over 5 mins. They looked up and saw us standing there at least twice in that 5 mins until I finally asked if anyone worked here. Why isn’t their prep done before they open? We were told our food would take longer than normal and asked if it was ok that we waited and than the guy that finally took our order sat and had a break! Is this what service has become now? Ignoring customers and making them wait longer than necessary. These same companies will be asking for government handouts and bankruptcy protection when they eventually fail and it’s due to pure laziness from employees and their corporate overseers!

Terrible service at this location. We were told to park our vehicle as one of the burgers would take 5 minutes to make. We sat and waited for 15 minutes. I went into to first out what was happening. All of our food had been made but was sitting there getting cold because no one was bothering to bag it and bring it out to us. They messed up the order on top of that. Avoid this location. It’s not worth the trouble.

Love the Burger King French toast combo that comes with a drink and hash browns. Ordered it quite a few tunes and every time it’s really good. It is well situated along the way and the service is fast, friendly and warm.
