Not the best BK around. Quality isn't the best but they are fairly quick. Drive-thru line usa can be fairly long, but usually much shorter than the other local fast food options

The French fries I received were short and overdone. Whopper was good. The washroom was clean.

Tonight I went to grab a late dinner for my family, everything I ordered through the drive thru, when I got home I realized they charged me for a crispy roadhouse chicken sandwich but I did not receive that instead I got a roadhouse hamburger...so I called the store and spoke to a young girl and explained what happened and she proceeds to tell me there were no burgers made at the time I placed my order so in essence she called me a liar!! And then she says to bring in my receipt and they will deal with it when I come in to the store. I have a busy life hence going through the drive thru at 10pm and now I have to go back there with my receipt to prove I not lying...this place is a joke. And furthermore they should train the people there properly on how to provide good customer service. I will make it a point to be there tomorrow with my receipt but I wish I had taken a picture of the pathetic burger I recieved, but daughter was hungry and just ate it. Very disappointed with the entire experience at the Clarington Place Burger King tonight!!!

Thanks Giving afternoon went in and ordered 3 burger combos. It took mor than twenty minutes to get my order. There were three people working in the back and I noticed that the drive thru and Skip the dishes were given priorty. When we got our neals home they were wrong and some food items were missing. Last time I go to that Burger King.

Service is great, and food is okay. I love my tomatoes and lettuce just as much, so I wouldn't mind a little generosity in the form of lettuce and tomato the right amount, if not more, in my burger! They are way better than the Burger King in whitby North on Taunton next to the Home Depot. Thanks for the great service!

We used to go to this location all the time even though we were quite annoyed that we paid for cheese on our burgers and never got it. However, we haven't been back to this location since the time we found wood chips in our burger. I contacted the store and they wouldn't do anything about it. All I wanted was a new burger which I didn't think was too much to ask for. I then preceded to contact Burger King Franchise customer service and they were even worse. At first they said they would have the manager at this establishment contact me to reach a resolution but I never received any call. I tried speaking to the manager and they always said they would get back to me and never did. I then continuously reached out by email several times and was ignored. We also got mozzarella sticks a couple times and they were over fried (both times) to the point they were so hard we couldn't even eat them. Worst food and Worst customer service.

Just left the establishment after being told to pull up and wait for my burger over 7 minutes. Ridiculous they served 8 people before I got my food which I had to go inside for and get because I thought they forgot my order. Not only did I have a horrible experience but the manager yelled at me across the store as I was leaving. Never in my life will I go back or recommend. A grown women should never speak like that, nor infront of younger employees.

What is it with this place and the lack of fries they give you with the combos. Numerous times, it has happened when we do drive through and get like 10 fries, to the point where I have told them I WANT MORE THEN 10 FRIES IN THE CONTAINER on the speaker. Well, it happened again tonight, so I want to tell everyone who orders to TELL THEM MORE than 10 FRIES...maybe they will get the hint. Prices go up,but quality and quantity went out the window at this location.!!
