Burger Factory - Whitby

Genuinely one of the best burgers I have ever had and one of the highest ratings I have given as such. The staff is friendly and helpful for new customers along with regular customers, fantastic quality burgers and fries! I really want to thank the staff here as I visited quite a few times during my stay in Whitby and this restaurant has made my stay much more pleasant then it otherwise would have been.

It is my first time coming to this location, but it won’t be my last. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment my family and I walked it. They were very kind and patient with us. The atmosphere of the establishment was superb. But what really stood out for us was the fact that my lil sister was allergic to sesame seed and the buns had them on it. We realized after getting our food but the staff were so kind that they remade the burger for her with out anything hesitation. They didn’t have to do that for us because it was our mistake but they did anyways. Thank you Burger factory and staff for the 5/5 star service. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

A friend and I recently visited The Burger Factory in Whitby and we absolutely stuffed our faces! Between the two of us, yes, just two, we had a giant sized burger, chicken sandwich, and a steak sandwich, with all the sides! The burger, with two beef patties, beef bacon, cheese, onion rings, and more, was ginormous! It was topped with a tower of Tornado Fries. After dividing the burger, we had to squash it just to take a bite. It had a bit too much sauce for my liking but lots of really good flavour! We tackled the Utility Steak Sandwich next and it was delicious, with a good amount of beef and cheese. Very flavourful. We also tackled a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich that had me hitting my limit. This was a lot of food but too good to not finish. We also had lots of sides, including regular and sweet potato fries, jalapeno poppers, and mac 'n' cheese bites. It was all good! Did somebody mention dessert? Funnel cake? Damn, bring it on! Oh, it was huge, and deliciously topped with ice cream and strawberries. We definitely made room for this. Was it too much food for two big guys? Yes! Was it good? Absolutely! Would we do it again? Ask me after a long nap...

Definitely one of the best halal burger spots in the city. This location in particular is spacious enough and well kept. The burger selection is quite good with lots of beef and chicken options. Recently tried the beef utility sandwich and absolutely loved it. The only comment is that it is a bit pricey. The chicken sandwich here is also quite good. Their daily specials are definitely worth checking out. Food selection and taste wise this is a 5/5 burger joint but the prices prevent me from rating it that. Still definitely worth checking out.

Had an amazing time at Burger Factory indulging in some delicious burgers, cheesesteaks sandwiches, and yummy side options. Love that they are HS Halal and provided excellent customer service. Can't go wrong with their funnelcakes too, we got their oreo caramel one and it was incredible.

I waited 35 minutes for a small burger order. It wasn’t busy or peak time. He burger was soggy and they put the slammer slider in a large bun, weird. poor experience. Would not recommend and would not go again. I understand that experience may vary due to difference in staff. But there are so many burger options. Why would someone come here again. No Thanks

Love Burger Factory chain! We took 2 meals including a combo. The food itself was delicious but it was insane we had to wait nearly 30 min to get our food to go! (27 min). There were people coming in and out but not crowded. I didn’t appreciate much that the whole family (5 people) after us got served before us or a few other clients that came and paid after us got their food before us! It was frustrating. I saw a few burgers standing on the grill area and was so afraid of knowing if it was mine or not standing there in the air for so long. They should have done a gesture for us that we waited so long for two sandwiches! Or communicated with us to share of what’s going on (as it wasn’t that busy - the place was quite empty but still orders going on in/out) Also, they messed my order as I asked for a side jalapeños poppers but I haven’t checked the receipt so I won’t penalize them for it in my review. I noticed it because I checked inside the to go bag and that a box for these jalapeños were missing. Anyway, I’m actually glad they did the mistake to only add the two jalapeños as a topping in one of the sandwich because they were not good. Lucy burger was delicious! Their burger factory sauce was delicious too! And we took the utility chicken. Surprisingly it was very good too. Other than that the employees were nice. The bathroom and restaurant looks clean. I found interesting that they have a prayer room. Never seen it before on any places. So, I guess it is good for employee and customers.
