I visited Burger Factory recently, and let me just say—it was hands down the best burger I’ve had in years! Everything about the experience was spot on. The burger itself was incredible, juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh and generously layered, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. Every bite was pure bliss. But what really took the meal to the next level was the poutine. It was rich, flavorful, and absolutely loaded with cheese curds and gravy. Highly recommend.

Honestly I would say the food is pretty decent I got the cheeseburger with sweet potato. Sweet potatoes are like ones you can buy in Costco. The cheese burger I would say is okay. You can barely taste any seasoning on the patty but the veggies like tomatoes and lettuce tasted fresh and I really like it and the sauce was pretty tasty. The reason why im giving it a 2 star is not because of the food but because of the hygienic of the employee there was one employee when i ordered and he was cooking and when came and get my order a strong stench came from the him and I could smell him when he was nearby this was also at 11am. Another thing is when I was eating I could see the guy cook and saw him picked his ear with gloves on and started cooking the burger again and that was really nasty.

This place is the BEST. Their burgers are just so freaking delicious. I can’t believe how good the pricing is too. The $10 student combo gets you a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink.

The manager was also fantastic, ensuring everything ran smoothly and making sure I felt valued as a customer. The atmosphere was modern, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal. Overall, Burger Factory is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I'll be back again and again - can't wait to try more of the menu!

One of the best burgers I have eaten. The reason why I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because the guy working today had a bit of an attitude. I asked for a knife and he was saying he didn’t have any but I saw them. Why are these men so entitled? If you can’t be nice to your customers you shouldn’t be working at places like that. It was the guy at 3:15. Not nice! I decided to update my rating to a 5, I visited again the other day and the service was really good. The guy there was super nice, he was Persian I think. Really nice guy. Thanks for making an effort to fix things and responding to my review

It was my first time at Burger Factory and we ordered Chicken Crispy Burger, Chicken Grilled Fillet Burger and Onion Rings. I’m not a fan of burgers but felt like eating one today. Both the burgers were amazing and the chicken was cooked so well. The combination of sauces put were terrific. Loooooved it!!!! The onion rings are so huge in size and they are good too. The lady staff was so pleasant to talk to and she made sure to ask all questions.
