Burger Factory

Probably one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Bun was very doughy, meat patty is so dry and unseasoned (Gordon Ramsey would surely loose his mind), toppings/sauce is bland. Just no character. A McDonald’s is slightly better and Havey’s just blows it out of the water. Not recommended.

Tasty Burger place with a variety of options. Juicy Lucy has cheese in the patty. I got one on fire which was nice. Got a side of Mac n cheese bites. Poutine and onion rings. The tornado fries could have been crispier. The utility steak sandwich had a good taste though there was so much meat it was hard to pick up. Oreo and caramel milkshakes were good. The funnel cake was pretty crispy.

My parents and I loved our burger and the service provided by Abdullah was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. The fries were super crispy. Also, one of the best vanilla ice cream. So creamy and delicious.

Maybe I goofed and made a mistake ordering the Juicy Lucy. It sounded the most interesting and I was expecting to be blown away or for it to look like some of the cheeseburger photos posted online. It looked nothing like the cheeseburger from Burger Factory that's posted online. The patty was not even thick at all! I received a thin patty which contained cheese but I had to get to the center of the burger to get a bit of cheese oozing out. The rest of the patty was essentially a Mc D caliber patty. If you look at the pic I posted, the meat to bun ratio was also totally off. The bun was bigger than the meat so I had bites where I was literally just eating thick bread and veggies. The cheeseburger photos show big chunky meat patties so I'm wondering if I got an employee who didn't really know what he was doing? I opted for a combo and got mac n' cheese bites as my side. These were exceptionally disappointing. I'm no mac expert but I'd be willing to bet a dollar that they use Kraft dinner in these mac n' cheese bites. Overly salty, overly processed. No dipping sauce, just came with two ketchup packets on the side. For a meal that hit me for over $20 I truly felt ripped off. This combo was NOT worth $20+. I had a double Shack burger from Shake Shack literally a week prior to eating here and that burger was MILES better and way more "gourmet" tasting than this one.

Stumbled across this place as I was running some errands on the East end. Had the veggie burger. As the patties were frozen we were told it would take 10-15 minutes to get the order ready . After the 15 minutes, we were given the food as shown in the pictures. The burger was okay. Not the greatest but not bad either. I personally would not come back as there was nothing compelling from a vegetarian perspective.

Place was pretty empty when we came in to do take out on off peak hours which was pretty nice. Order went quickly and nicely. We got two ultimate steak sandwiches and two poutines. The ultimate steak sandwiches were really good, and it was really easy to eat. It was a soft texture with pleasing flavour. The poutines were a nice compliment to the sandwiches as well. It had lots of gravy and cheese topped on it. Overall the food there is pretty good!

I decided to try Burger Factory considering I've lived in the area and have been in the plaza many times. I should have known walking in during prime lunch time and no one was in there. I ordered the Juicy Lucy combo that came up to just over $20 and when I got my bag, it felt extremely light. When I got home, I opened up my bag and noticed how little the fries it came with and how dark and dry they were. Took a bite of the fries and nearly broke my tooth. I was actually glad they didn't give me more fries. Onto the burger, small patty, cold cheese and completely unsatisfying. I can't believe I paid $20 for this meal.. I think the best part of this meal was the purple Crush. Stay away from this place, there are better options in the area.

So it's my first time trying Burger Factory after reading all the great reviews. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if this was our bad luck or the norm. First, want to stay the staff was amazing. Very friendly. Atmosphere of the place looked nice. Seems like a fun clean place to eat. But we had our food to go. It was today (Sunday) and we ordered the Sunday special Machine Burgers. Got 3 combo to go. Burgers were dry and seemed overcooked. Is this the norm? Most burger restaurants are meant to serve juicy burgers. This, unfortunately, was flavorless. The poutine and milkshake were good. But the burgers, I can't recommend. Our bill with a crispy chicken sandwich was over $110.
