Had a great experience here! The Juicy Lucy burger was juicy, delicious and very well constructed! Tornado fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. Staff on duty truly stood out!! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They served food on the table and made my visit feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

As I understand, this location is under new management and ownership which is something you notice immediately upon entry. The new management is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is just fantastic! Everything on the menu is prepared with in house, particularly the beef which is freshly ground and cooked. I highly recommend you to visit this location for dine in or take out. You won’t be disappointed!

10 stars for the decomposed burger! It’s all the fun of a burger, but it lets me pretend I’m being healthy. Who knew picking at separate ingredients could taste this good? I’ll def be back to deconstruct my diet again.

I recently visited Burger Factory on Maple grove, and I loved it! The food was delicious, and everything tasted fresh. The burgers were juicy, and the fries were crispy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more tasty meals. Highly recommend this place for a great meal!

Amazing burgers and superb customer service . The Store is under new management now. The burgers are so huge and fulling. I have tried many other burgers but Burger Factory is the best!!! Gladiator burgers who are similar to the Burger Factory have smaller burgers as compared to Burger Factory. So definitely worth every penny you spend!!!! Their Funnel Cake is a must try!!! 100% recommended.
