We tried their steak sandwich and chicken burger! The chicken burger was okay but steak sandwich was good. The meat was tender and overall flavors were on point! They have seating with few tables but slightly tight place to sit.

The burgers (chicken and classic) were delicious. Gets busy in the evening especially on a Fri or Sat and especially as there are pickup orders as well. There are about 6 booths for dine in. Cashier was v nice, helpful, and managed a lot of customers at once w a v polite, calm demeanor. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The bottom of the bun was baked - so good. Also the fries were great. 10/10 meal considering it's fast food it was definitely a step above other chains.

A small burger store with a special menu. It was quiet when I visited. The burgers are cooked to order and are nicely cooked. The place was not nicely cleaned even though it was quiet. Customers would have to clean the tables by ourselves. The burgers are nicely cooked and yummy. The juicy Luzy is recommended.

Burger factory was one of my favourite burger spot in all over Canada. Burgers are so fresh made with lots of love and their funnel cakes are the best option in deserts. Ambiance of the restaurant is so nice. Must visit place:)

Food was very good however, for the price they charge the portions did not meet my expectations. To get the onion rings you have to pay extra and this is the amount I had received upon opening the bag when arriving at home. Not too happy, may just get the burger only next time.

I left extremely disappointed - ordered a Cheesey Lucy after seeing how the burger was advertised on the menu, the burger was extremely underwhelming and not at all as it displayed. There was barely any cheese stuffed inside the burger. Absolutely nothing oozed out as the picture advertised. The patty itself is much smaller than advertised. Definitely on the pricer side with a relatively small menu and will not be returning when there are several better burger locations in the nearby area.
