I went here for a late night burger and I have to say this place really cares for their quality of food. I had the Juicy Lucy with poutine and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The burger was put together so perfectly and the fries held their crispiness even with the hot gravy. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

I had an amazing experience, the waitress was absolutely amazing, friendly and kind! She kept asking us if we needed anything and made sure the food was fresh! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely great hospitality they blessed the food, their Oreo milkshakes are better than the ones I get at Dunkin’ and their whole store is halal making it even better. Definitely a go to stop for fast food. One of the staff named Nikki was also really kind in offering her services.

This place is hands down the best burger joint or possibly even the top fast food spot I've ever visited. The level of customer service completely exceeded my expectations. The staff members were so attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was up to par with my meal. I accidentally made a mistake with my order and took a bite before realizing it, but they graciously replaced the entire burger for me without charging anything extra, and without any hesitation. 11/10

Nicki was helpful and very kind. She offered to get us extra ice cream for the funnel cake. Which was very sweet of her. Party of 9 ordered juicy lucy original and chicken burgers along with chocolate funnel cake and tornado french fries. Everything was ready in reasonable time and the food was served quickly after we placed the order. The burger size was huge in my opinion compared to other places in have recently been to. Prices are also reasonable i left feeling full. Only feed back would be for the ice cream with funnel cake it tasted off/salty and a bit watery funnel cake itself was bomb but ice cream was lacking. fries with combo orders were a bit too salty rest was all good.

What a great place to have a perfect burger 🍔 😋. Saturday evening, and you are craving for something special, delicious, yummy and perfectly prepared. Well, I found it!!! " BURGER FACTORY " Convenient location, lots of parking spaces and most importantly very nice place to eat. Service is excellent, smiling and pleasant. Food excellent, lots of burgers to choose from. You might wait a little longer but remember one thing GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!
