I simply love this place. The vibes are amazing. The staff is super sweet. The staff in general is very friendly. I've visited multiple times and never had any issues. They're very careful when it comes to allergies and intolerances. There's a lot of variety to choose from. They alter the burgers to match your allergies. I always have a good time when I come here! Would definitely recommend!

Osama and Aman were absolutely amazing, The service at this location is top notch. We had the cheeseburger, with the tornado fries, and the funnel cake. I have to say that Osama was very personable, attentive and courteous. We are definitely coming back here for the burgers based on our service today. Highly recommend.

I just want to know what happened… cus I swear this place was good a few years ago. I bought a Groupon deal 2 burgers with side and a drink. When I got there, if I wanted the Nashville chicken I had to pay more along with the tornado fries. Even tho the coupon said ANY burger. But I let that slide, if the burger is good it will make up for it. Now, I'm never going back there - neither should you. Both of our burgers were COLD, the fries tasted like oily burnt potatoes (maybe cus half of them were actually burnt) with no seasoning at all! Maybe they were going for the burnt flavour…. The poutine was also trash, and super cold. Sucks to see a good spot turn into something like this…

Kind of disappointing. Burger meat was dry. Bread texture was a bit weird. The Juicy Lucy was no where close to the poster, dry and no melting cheese. Fries and Tornado fries were kind of soggy. My kids said the chicken nuggets were kind of small. Took a while for the food to come on a Saturday evening. Perhaps it wasn’t a lucky night for me.

I am in. The burgers are fantastic. Why get processed c&$p from McDonald's when you can get these burgers. We ordered delivery and are very happy with the food. You have to try the tornado fries as well. Enjoy!!!

First time to this place. Amazing food, friendly staff and my god what tasty food, The burgers were something I’d buy everyday if I could, The juicy Lucy “a menu item” is a burger(all burgers you can do this) you can customize and most toppings are free… the factory sauce they have is soo good on it, and the burgers have cheese inside of them already if that’s what you want, the fries are so good too.. lovely golden brown and cooked the way you want, The funnel cake is for 9.99$, but you can add ice cream or other toppings for a cost, but strawberry and whip cream will do! The pictures don’t do the food Justice, if you love actual burgers you should come here…. For my cons: the food is kinda pricey but still way better than 5 guys, and the parking, not much parking since the other stores around it, and restrooms are here,but this place is worth it. They do mobile orders so give them a try

It's a snowy day and the restaurant is quiet. I asked for a hot coffee to keep me warm. The lady was so nice to change it to a hot beverage instead of giving me a soft drink. The service is great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I ordered a Juicy Lucy on Fire and I got to choose my own toppings and a side. There are many different options for your toppings...that's so nice! The burgers were delicious and the tornado fries were very crispy and yummy. I recommend this restaurant to those who love burgers. 😋😍
