we ordered crispy chicken. The burger was really juicy and super delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor. The bun was perfectly toasted and fresh, and their in house sauce was yumm. Everything came together so well, making it a super tasty meal. i could even customized my burger but their regular toppings were fine for me. their service was welcoming. The girl with glasses working there was amazing—she was running around, taking orders, and helping in the kitchen, but still managed to smile and be patient with everyone. His friend was also working very hard at the kitchen and i guess he was also alone. it was very rush time still she got it. we had to wait long but it was worth it maybe because only 1 person was there to make. only disappointing thing was that they don’t have dining, so you have to take your food to go. Still, I’ll definitely come back for that delicious burger!

Ate here at 10 am, Saturday on the 23rd of November. Originally I wanted to come to fairview mall to get a bacon cheese burger at st louis. But came here instead because the place was open at 10am. The young lady working the shift was very courteous and sweet. The food was pretty good too. I took some pics to show the product.

We came here for a Sunday late lunch to try their weekend menu. They have a couple of tables on the patio, but inside is mostly for takeout orders. And not enough space for dine-in. We ordered “Lucy Juicy Burger” with fries. The beef patty was tender and juicy and perfectly grilled. The melted cheese inside the patty was a great addition. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Parking wouldn’t be an issue as this place is located inside Fairview Mall and park spots are abundant.

Amazing burgers. My fav one is Nashville Hot it's sooo juicy. Staff working here, Tarun proudly makes the food for you, and Jashan is always there to greet you with amazing service.

Shopped into Burger Factory with my Mom who is disabled and ordered fantastic burgers which were topped just the way we asked for them as well as lots of fries I asked for them without salt my Mom had salt on them. The burgers where nice and juicy customized patties and the fries were plentiful and cooked to perfection. My Mom commented this was the best burger she has had which she consumed on the nice patio outside the restaurant. It was a nice relaxing lunch. I was taking my Mom to an appointment and wished I lived closer as the burgers were 5* all day long and hope to return

Their menu prices don't reflect the actual price you pay. I got jalapeno poppers and they were listed on the menu for $5.99 and they charged me $6.99. False advertising. Mind you for only 4 poppers. The poutine I got was also half full. Very disappointing and I am left with a bad taste with how they handle themselves.

We were craving a good burger and Burger Factory at Fairview Mall hit that sweet burger satisfaction for us :) We tried the Juicy Lucy Signature Burger, Crispy Chicken Burger and Sweet Potato Fries. The Juicy Lucy burger was cooked perfectly. The burger was moist but not so greasy with a good cheese filling inside the burger. The Crispy Chicken burger was crispy and moist. It was good. The Sweet Potato Fries were nice and crispy on the outside with that sweet potato flavour on the inside. Lastly, service was awesome for a burger joint! I was surprised.
