This is very close to Humber so me and my friends always go here. The staff are amazing and accommodating. The place is also very clean and the food is served in a reasonable amount of time. For its price, it's totally worth it. They cook everything fresh and the portions are a lot. Definitely would keep coming back in this branch specifically!

It's my first time here at Burger Factory Etobicoke and the ambiance is refreshing and also the cashier name Tariq he's so nice and welcomed me. I love to go here and dine in with my friends. I'll give five stars and thank you for the ice cream! 🍦 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I literally love this place, come here every week with my friend. Service is amazing and the food is always consistent good. It’s also very gluten free friendly if you have allergies the owner is very knowledgeable and takes corners very seriously. Would highly recommend 10/10.

This place is epic! You gotta try it out. I ordered the limited time only Volcano Burger combo! I love my spicy food and this hit the spot. It's relatively a new location so you can expect the highest standard. Make sure to try it.

I went to the Mississauga location and was amazed at how amazing their Nashville burger was. Next week I tried this location because it was close to my house and I got the absolute worst burgers I had in a very long time. They gave me two Nashville burgers with the tiniest pieces of fried chicken and it was so thin there wasn’t even meat on the whole thing. I thought they might’ve just messed up one burger no big deal, but the second burger was the exact same. Burgers weren’t fresh at all and tasted old, their cheese fries were pretty good. Just wanted to leave this warning for anyone who decides to use this location.

Been here many times now since they opened, very consistent in their food quality! Juicy Lucy is a must-try! The hidden gem is their ice cream!!

Fantastic dining experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The chef's special was a culinary delight, with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. Highly recommend for a great meal out!

It was my first time. Whole experience was amazing. Quick service, Polite Staff, Delicious food, Everything was so fresh and they made spicy on my request. Overall 5 Stars. Highly recommend to visit. They have a prayer room also.
