I had the pleasure of attending a Christmas party at Briggitte Bar in Toronto, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing and unique, showcasing a well-thought-out menu that exceeded all expectations. The beet salad and cauliflower dishes were exceptional—bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. All the salads served were fresh and delicious. The highlight for me was the oven-baked pizzas—crispy, flavorful, and truly a must-try! They also served high-quality fish and oysters, both of which were prepared to perfection. Complementing the incredible food was the wine, served at the highest quality, elevating the entire dining experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I highly recommend Briggitte Bar to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. It’s the perfect spot for gatherings or just enjoying a great meal. This is a must-visit restaurant in Toronto!

Here with my son for Happy Hour. $70 for 4 drinks/🍸 s and 2 pizzas. Great happy hour prices! Cocktails were great, especially liked the blurry nights. We had to margarita and chicken sausage pizza. Both drift fantastic but chicken sausage window if you like a bit of a kick. Excellent service with a touch of appropriate humor!

Beautiful space! We went for their Happy Hour - 50% off Pizzas and Cocktails. To start, I ordered a cocktail and we ordered a pizza to share. The pizza came before my cocktail and when I followed up with our server, they were confused as to why it hadn’t been delivered yet. About halfway through our pizza, I got my cocktail. We ordered a second pizza and I would’ve ordered a second drink, but considering how long the first one took, I didn’t wanna take any chances on the wait time. Pizzas were delicious and would definitely go back for them. The Happy Hour is super worth it but I would recommend making a reservation as it can get busy. I would be mindful ordering drinks during Happy Hour as well as it seems like the bar gets backed up and behind.

Dining at Bridgette is nothing short of a culinary delight. On this visit, my second, I had the opportunity to experience the inviting interior of the restaurant, which complemented the charm of the patio where I dined previously. The food, as always, was exceptional. I savored the potatoes and the eggplant cheese dish—both prepared with precision and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail in every bite reflects the chef’s mastery of their craft. Service at Bridgette is equally noteworthy. From the friendly demeanor of the staff to thoughtful touches like providing filtered water, every aspect of the experience is designed to make diners feel valued. One detail that stood out to me was how our leftovers were carefully packed and brought to us without needing to ask—a subtle but significant marker of impeccable service.

We came here with my kids for my wife’s birthday. It was really good! Albeit pricey (expected for this area of the city), the food portions were generous and the food was tasty. We had the eggplant fries, stracciatella, tuna crudo, and half duck entree. The interior design was also modern and clean. Loved it!

The atmosphere is really nice and modern, but the food is average and service was a bit slow although friendly. We came for the happy hour and got 2 pizzas, eggplant fries, drinks and the famous banana pie. The drinks were good, eggplant fries was average. Pizzas were okay but a bit overcooked and dry. The banana cream pie looked impressive but was overly sweet and salty, we couldnt finish it and it was huge. Definitely prettier on the plate and in pictures.

We decided to check out The Well before a Jays game this week & found Bridgette Bar. What a find! We were there before 5 pm so hit Happy Hour, any pizza or drink 1/2 price! Everything we tried was very good … eggplant fries ( more of a fritter to me), pizza, dessert, drinks. The Chocolate Millefeuille is amazing, probably one of the best desserts we’ve ever had! The banana pie looked great too. They were a bit short staffed before 5 pm but our waitress Emma H was a star!!! After 5 pm there was a lot more staff and everyone was very friendly & they all helped each other. Both the bartender & the manager came over to check on things. It’s a very nice big room with lots of light, fireplace around the bar area. We will definitely be returning !

By far the best sit down restaurant in The Well. Not exceptional... but also not blatantly trying to rip you off. Sane pricing with good portions and fine execution Must try, very good: fennel salami pizza Decent: heartbreak mountain cocktail, banana pie dessert, the pastas, roasted chicken Really great servers who go out of their way to create an enjoyable atmosphere Side note: I've never experienced such attentive waiters when it comes to water refills. Absolutely relentless. You will take two sips, blink, and your cup will be full again. Biggest con is the 5 flights of stairs to get to the upper level, though there is an elevator, and consider it a work out before a heart meal ;)
