Here's a brief for your review: --- Today, our experience at the Brazen Head was exceptional. Our group from the Erindale Hockey Association was treated with outstanding service from the moment we walked in. The food was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. The kids had a fantastic time sitting together, enjoying the atmosphere, and creating lasting memories. Special thanks to Emily and Tammy for their warm hospitality and attentive care, which made our time even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be leaving a well-deserved five-star review. We chose the spot before our concert at the coca cola coliseum, which is about 15 min walk. It was decent traffic in the bar/restaurant at 5pm on a friday night. The setting is half sport bar and half decent for a date night. We had this mouth watering blazen burger (recommended) and honeh garlic wing (a bit too sweet to me, tho i know its “honey” but still). My whiskey soda is weak , i wish it was stronger. And Guinness is always Guinness, can never complain

Popped in before a concert, placed was packed but we were seated and served very quickly!! Ordered some beers and two entrees, we were surprised by how fast the food came out and how good the food tasted. Recommend the fish and chips and the smash burger! We had Amalie as our waitress, she was extremely attentive, accommodating and friendly! Overall a great experience, would definitely come back!

A fantastic experience whilst strolling around the city. To reminisce our residence. The fish tacos were the best the wife has had. Smoke burger was delicious and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Thankyou

Absolutely fantastic supper before heading over to the amphitheatre for a show. Our waitress Sarah was extremely attentive and we had as close to zero wait for everything as possible. Food was delicious and hot, Guinness was perfect and offered before we had to flag down to ask. Just awesome! Definitely will be back, my favourite place to stop before a concert.

Not a bad little patio. Dead empty. Server didn’t really seem like she wanted to be there and wasn’t overly warm, welcoming or friendly. Didn’t get a set of cutlery or a spoon with our dip. Online QR menu wasn’t correct so we had to ask for a paper menu. Dip was pretty good, as were the drinks. Might give it another try in a few months but other places in the area we prefer!

I was so excited to go to this place but I'll never be back. We sat at the bar to wait for a spot to open up on the patio. There were about 50 flies around me the entire time, I had 3 flies in my pint of Guiness. Asked the bartender for a spoon which he was weird about so I explained it was because of the flies (I wasn't even going to complain because it's not his fault) but he then very condescendingly said "well, I didn't bring it to you like that". Obviously not mate but you could have made it right. Other wait staff were also rude, one of them spilt a drink on my Mum and didn't even apologize, just looked at her like a dear in the headlights even tho my Mum's telling her not to worry etc. Very sad because I was excited to go here after hearing lots of good things. We left after one drink and went down the street to LOCAL, which was about a million times better. Don't waste your time or money coming here. I don't usually do bad reviews, but I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Amazing Pub, the vibe is super cool, washrooms are spacious and clean, staff is attentive, and also good vibes. Food is delicious and drinks too! I recommend the Raspberry Mule. Tastes like cherry cola but better.
