Bravo Halal

The restaurant is very clean, amazing service, a very a nice halal restaurant to come to with family if you’re visiting the Niagara region. The interior is also very well renovated, and the prices are decent. We got the wood oven pizza, and we personally thought it was really good! The server was very kind, we were confused between two options, so he was able to do a 2-in-1 pizza so we could try both the different flavours. We will definitely come back here again when in the area!

Food was overly pricey, not worthed at all! Chicken wings no flavor it was bland. Pizza was burnt in the bottom even after mentioning do not burn the pizza, had black ashes on our fingers paid $125.00 for 3 pizzas and 2 lbs of chicken wings and waited a whole hour! Veggie pizza was horrendous!

The reason for low star is they charged us GST despite the fact there is tax break, when asked to see the manager and enquire about it, iur server told us that manager says it js optional for businesses to give the tax break. Well, it may be, but we would be taking our business elsewhere. We ordered 5 dishes, the BBQ, pizza, and beef burger were served almost together, but one checken burger for my daughter was delivered when we all had almost finished iur food. Reminded the server to bring the burger, and he then brought it. The place was almost empty, so it shouldn't be an excuse for late delivery. The serving sizes for BBQ and pizza were okay, but burgers are too small for an adult.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to a kind and respectful gentleman named Sultan, who works at Bravo Halal. He speaks Afghan, Turkish, English, and Arabic, making communication easy and pleasant. His exceptional service helped us choose the right meal, and he truly elevated the entire dining experience. We had grilled dishes, and the taste was amazing. The flavors were well-balanced, and the meat was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious halal food with excellent service. Thank you, Sultan, for your hospitality and help in making our meal special!

We stopped by here while visiting The Falls and were intrigued because of halal Italian cuisine and especially, the brick oven pizza. The food overall was decent, though the margarita pizza was overly saucy was dripping. I’ve had very good margarita pizza in other locations but this left a bit to be desired. That being said, what really let me down was the service. The waitresses had a lot of difficulty understanding us even though we had simple questions. The first waitress who brought the plates, we asked her what was the size of the pizza, she said it was a medium size and good for two people. With that understanding, we ordered two since we were a party of 10. We asked the next waitress whether the parking next to the restaurant was paid or part of the service, the waitress said she had no idea, and didn’t even bother to offer to find out. When taking our order, she couldn’t keep up even though we were giving simple directions. When the food came, we saw the pizza was actually large sized and more than enough for all of us, which wouldn’t have been bad if we didn’t order additional dishes. The waitress forgot our special drink, and the chicken and shami rice dishes came so late as she had forgotten. Finally, when we were ready to pay, we asked for the receipt and she casually said the machine ran out of paper and didn’t even bother to remedy the situation. We noticed several of the staff just on their phones and not bothering to attend the people at the table. With this horrible service, though the food was relatively good, we definitely will not be returning next one we’re in the area.

Woodfire pizza at @bravogrill at Niagra falls was pleasant treat. Arab owned halal spot serves pizzas and a variety of grills. Tried the Meat fest and loved it. The true star of the pizza was the tomato pizza sauce. So rich and juicy. The crust was thin and slightly crisp with perfectly charred edges. Service was a bit slow but offered complimentary tea that was worth the wait... Pot of black mint tea that would be a must to order too. Truffle fries were also very good. Crunchy and crisp but could have been better with a little more truffle oil. So it is nothing as shown in the pictures. It was owned by Italians before but no more. They used to have pianist too in this amount of money. The charges are same but no pianist. All the waiters at entrance chatting and drinking casually were mood busters. We ordered meat lover pizza and steak new york along with Strawberry mojito. Less customers and quite a bunch of waiters lol. Our meal arrived yet we had no plates and cutlery to eat. I mean why so many waiters then??? Just to chit chat? Anyhow the steak was good but not the mashed potato as it had chunks. I liked the steak. 7/10. The pizza was okayish 5/10. The drink was nothing but a medicated syrup taste and was very bad. Whoever made it doesn't know what mojito is!! The Yemeni guy was good.

We decided to try this place out with our 2 kids after a full day at the waterpark. Our server Cata was wonderful and brought paper and a pen for our 9 year old to keep him occupied while we waited for our food. This is a lovely casual restaurant and the dishes were very well prepared. We had the Yemeni Chicken Mandi, the Creamy Seafood Linguine and Lobster Mac & Cheese. I asked to substitute the rice that came with the chicken for Tabbouleh salad and they gave us a massive plate of salad. The chicken was tender, flavourful and very generous portion with 2 legs. The seafood linguine was very creamy and delicious. Hubby polished it off, even though he is normally a small eater. The kids shared the lobster mac & cheese which was very cheesy, and had large lobster chunks. They enjoyed it but our daughter actually preferred the seafood linguine. Will definitely be back.
