Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is a new restaurant in Niagara Falls opened more than 6 months ago.
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want at your own pace.

I had an amazing experience at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse in Niagara Falls! We went to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect choice for the occasion. The ambiance and atmosphere were incredible, with lively entertainment that added a special touch to the evening. The selection of meats was outstanding, 12 different cuts, beef top sirloin, lamb leg, beef ribeye and so much more , and the all-you-can-eat buffet for sides was one of the best I’ve ever seen, featuring a fantastic variety, including plenty of seafood options. The highlight of the meal? The grilled pineapple! It was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. If you’re in Niagara Falls, I highly recommend Brasa for an unforgettable dining experience.

Great experience. Buffet style, we paid 80$/personne on a weekend The meat and the sides were delicious. Even their salmon was perfectly cooked. The only bad part was the dessert we got a cheesecake, taste wasn’t great and pretty expensive for it was.

I like the concept of Brasa; it’s an amazing experience, tasting various delicious steaks and meats. They give you a round card — green means you’d like the staff to serve you, and red means you’re done for now. The only downside is that some of the meats are so salty that I felt a bit dizzy, likely because of my blood pressure rising. Overall, though, it was a great experience, with a fantastic self-serve appetizer table. Wine and dessert are not included in the self-serve payment.

The meat at Brasa was outstanding, and there was plenty of it. We sampled a little of everything, and I think I liked everything I tried. The restaurant was lively for a Saturday night in October. The live music was a nice touch. The buffet section was well stocked with a broad range of items. We had a private room for a birthday event. The service was great, and the gauchos came to our room pretty frequently. The only drawback I can think of was the low level of lighting in the room. We had some candle lights brought in, but even then, it was still pretty dark. This minor issue aside, Brasa was an enjoyable experience!

We had great drinks and food! We also Enjoyed the food that was at the buffet. As a family with gluten allergies, it was amazing to eat there and not be worried about it. The staff was knowledgeable about what we could and could not eat meat and buffet wise. The dancing girls and live music really made for an enjoyable experience.

Had a decent experience at Brasa - the live music was great, ambience was okay, but the meat was a bit too dry for me. Not long after I sat down with food from the salad bar, I was bombarded with top sirloin, pork sausage, chicken and garlic rump steak. My family had our coasters flipped to red (not ready for food), but we were still approached with meat. I wanted to finish my cold food first prior to the good stuff, felt bad rejecting food every 3-4 minutes. Not a fan of their chicken and lamb - drummies and thighs were nothing special, and the lamb was dry and bland... wished they had cut me a smaller piece. I had a rough time chewing majority of the meat, as most of them were cooked well-done. An hour into dinner, I nearly gave up on having a piece of juicy rare steak... and then they brought a one over - instant 4 stars! Perhaps I could request for rare meat instead of waiting for chance? They did ask us if we had a specific meat we would like to see after a while. Price-wise, it's decent considering it's all-you-can-eat premium meat. Worth checking out!

Raising from 4 to 5 stars. I came back again with my family on December 24 and the service and the food were amazing. Greatly impressed. I would give a 4.5 stars, but the ratings don't allow it. I had a reservation for Sunday December 24 at 7pm. Once we arrived we were greeted and conducted to our table. The waitress was very friendly and explained the way of operation. The restaurant is big with very nice decoration. The tables are well spaced and there is plenty of space between them, making easy to walk. I was impressed with the noise level, which was very low. For my personal preference this is a big plus. There is a salad bar with a good variety of items to choose from. The amount of meats offered is very good and all of them were delicious. I think I tried at least 15 of them, but for sure there are more. The reason I don't give 5 stars has to be because of our waitress, who didn't show up after she brought us to the table. After some time we had to call her to order a bottle of wine and a beer. Details like this, may ruin a whole experience. There is live entertainment but seems to be only on Friday's and Saturday's only, so this time I wasn't able to see it and compare it with other rodizio places were I have been. The restaurant is within a hotel. To access the parking you enter to the hotel parking and let them know that you are going to Brasa and they will give you an access card to a parking lot which is a block away. For sure I will try this place again.
