"My name is Arpit Arora, and I am the founder of Brampton Butter Chicken, set to open in May 2025. I was born and raised in Delhi, the food capital of India, where my love for food began. Growing up, I spent countless hours exploring the vibrant streets of Old Delhi, tasting its legendary street food, and falling in love with the bold, rich flavors that define Indian cuisine. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with some of India’s most renowned hotels, I’ve honed my skills and deepened my understanding of what truly makes a great dining experience. Through those years, one dish has remained close to my heart: Butter Chicken. Creamy, flavorful, and comforting, it’s a dish that tells a story of tradition.
