The food was fresh. Portions are plentiful. I enjoy the seasonings. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Dufferin Mall. Always condiments, cutlery, napkins. Packaging, and presentation is presentable and pleasing to the eye and is quite tasty! By the 4th delivery, I received a rather rude response from an employee when I queried something so I wonder now about consistent customer service! However, the food remains to be fresh, plentiful and has always arrived hot!

The food was good, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. The server, who seemed to be an Indian girl, was incredibly pleasant and cheerful, making the experience much more enjoyable. It's rare to find such great service at a fast food place.

I would give ZERO if I could. They have a manager or store specia for $10.99 with free drinkl. It says 1 rice or noodles, 1 vegetable and 1 meat. It doesn't say I can't choose any certain items, so I choose pasta, beans, and chicken leg. The younger Philippine lady then tells me afterwards she put SOME noodles and SOME beans in the small rectangle box, you will be charged for the combo 1 price if I choose chicken leg. If you guys want to limited people on the items they are choosing for the special it should be stated not after they decided what they want already.

Just completed eating the day special noodles with honey chicken and roasted chicken. Simply amazing flavours and large portion enough for two of us. Happy with our 10CAD meal. Located conveniently inside the Dufferin Mall.

When you visit DUFFERIN mall, DON’T FORGET to drop by Bourbon St. Grill… The food tastes SO GOOD… The entire staff are friendly and accommodating… And Don’t forget also to Watch out for their Closing special…

Bland flavors but huge portion sizes. Make sure you grab some soya sauce packets, but besides that, the ladies are very nice, and their end of day sale is definitely worthwhile!
