My family celebrated a birthday today at this location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The main staff Shivam we had serve our table went above and beyond. He got our birthday girl a small gift, dessert and was singing with his coworkers. The food and the atmosphere were great. I recommend coming this restaurant.

October 26/27, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Boston Pizza has become one of our go-to spots, and it’s always a pleasure to come back. The warm service we receive keeps us returning, especially thanks to Shivam, who never fails to greet us with a smile and ensure we’re well looked after. The customer service at this location is truly exceptional, making it a reliable choice whenever we're in the mood for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere. October 19, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner at Boston Pizza, a spot we've enjoyed before for its great service. The bartender, who always goes above and beyond to check in with guests, was no exception this time. His service on our previous visit was the reason we decided to return last night. This time, we had a different server, but he was just as friendly and helpful and efficient even though the restaurant was busy. The pizza was a bit overcooked, but it wasn't a big issue, and we appreciated the complimentary appetizer for signing up with Boston Pizza. I was also impressed by the mini kiosk at the table, where you can browse the menu, see specials, call the server, pay your bill, and even charge your phone. For sports fans, the big screens around the restaurant were perfect—we got to watch hockey, basketball, and a UFC match during our visit. Pretty much what you would expect from a chain whose locations are mostly found in mall parking lots. This location was well maintained and clean, and the service was decent. Patio is great. Closed off to prevent stronger winds but still open enough for a slight breeze. The burgers are pretty good, but the meat to bun ratio is not so good. The "popular" Chicken Parmigian. After a couple of bites, it was clear that the chicken was microwaved. Flavor was bland and unimpressive.

Food is good. Service is slow unless you’re a girl. I know so because every time we all go out, even if I order first or get the “easier” food, my order comes late. I like the ambiance though, very sporty.

Excellent food and service! The spiked lemon tea fishbowl was decent but the artichoke dip and pizzas were delicious. We got the tropical chicken pizza but substituted Alfredo sauce for pizza sauce, and also got the Mediterranean pizza but with Italian sausage added. Amazing time!

We decided to try out Boston Pizza since we both haven't been there and it's such a big franchise. We started off with the Thai Chicken Bites ($17.99) which we thought were delicious, it has just the right amount of spice to it and was flavourful. We then ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza ($15.79), the Boston Burger with onion rings ($23.58), and the Grilled Chicken Tacos ($17.59). The pizza was amazing and we have no complaints about that one. The burger was good too but there was way too many onions in it. The onion rings were probably the best we've had so far, they were nice and crispy. The tacos were good too but nothing amazing, they were quite average. For dessert we had the Chocolate Explosion ($9.99). It was really good and we could see why it's a customer favourite. The customer service was great as well, everything arrived fairly fast and we were checked in on and given anything we needed. We do think that the prices are a bit high compared to what you're getting though so it's probably one of those places to indulge in every once in a while.
