Absolutely APPALLING service in the bar area. Service was rude, spit when she talk over our food and made the worst half ass attempt to fix my girlfriends cold pasta instead of sending a new fresh meal. Service is absolutely non existant at this location and it 100% shows. Where is the franchise owner here? Time for a bar rescue immediately. This location doesn't even provide a plastic bag for your takeout. You guys are an absolute JOKE. Boston Pizza at Winston Churchill is 100% on it's way out.

I recently dined at Boston Pizza and had a generally pleasant experience. The **service** stood out as particularly excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure all our needs were promptly addressed. As for the **food**, it was decent. While not extraordinary, it was satisfactory. The menu offers a variety of choices, ensuring there's something for everyone, but the flavors were fairly standard without any wow factor. The **ambience** of the restaurant was fine. It's a comfortable place to have a meal, with a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The decor is pleasant and the seating arrangements are suitable for both small and larger groups. One thing to note is the pricing. I felt the meal was a bit on the expensive side, considering the overall quality of the food. While the excellent service and comfortable setting justify part of the cost, the food didn't quite match up to the price point. Overall, Boston Pizza is a decent spot for a meal with good service and a pleasant environment. If you don't mind paying a little extra, it's a solid choice for a casual dining experience.

I recently dined here with family and the experience was great! I had doubt over hearing negative comments of customers walking out regarding the food and the wait time. That being said I must commend the waitress Amanda she ended all doubts. She was very sweet while fulfilling countless requests all in a timely manner, she’s a perfect example of someone who takes pride in customer service. The food was served hot, the portions were balanced and the food tasted good(nothing special compared to other bp franchises). I would definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip the flavours were rich and creamy and complimented the bread very well.

Went in for dinner Tuesday night and everything was great! The food was delicious, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and our server Amanda was great from start to finish! She was extremely friendly, answered any questions we had with ease and checked in on us often to ensure everything was great but at no point did we feel bothered or rushed! I would definitely recommend anyone going in to request her. Thanks so much for making our night Amanda, we will definitely be back!

Where should I start: 1. The hostess was too tired to smile and was in no mood to talk. 2. Absolutely dirty restaurant. 3. We were made to sit on a dirty table. The hostess said she didn't notice. 4. Food served was not what we ordered, so 1 person had to wait while everyone ate. 5. The food we wanted was not available. 6. It appears that the staff is stretched too thin, 7. Server told us that due to the mixup we were gna get a discount, but final bill didn't, so we had to escalate. When there are multiple options why would you spend money to get bad service. I guess we learnt the hard way.

Awesome! Keyana was probably one of the nicest waitresses ever; so welcoming and open to our requests! Give this woman a raise, and I’m sorry, but since when could nachos taste that good?! They were SUPERB! Don’t miss out 😍🙌🏻

This was my first time at Boston Pizza. The atmosphere was alright but nothing too special. The washroom was dirty and also somewhat awkwardly designed with one sink being in the corner of the room lol. The service was great though and all the servers were very friendly and kind. The food was good but average and the portions were decently sized. The prices also seemed reasonable for what we ate. Although I wasn't absolutely impressed, I still enjoyed eating here and I'd come back again.
