Very good experience with everything food, service, comfort and atmosphere even in the busy time of Christmas holidays. Nathan was the best at his job by selecting proper food for vegetarian and also giving the best choices and also service was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed a lot with kids and family. We definitely going again.

We had the worst ribs yesterday. That was just a disaster. We were seated in a part where it felt quite cold and windy. We asked the waitress to find another spot for us, she refused, we insisted, as we were with 2 kids and just recovered from serious flu and moved to another table, as we have already made the order (would otherwise leave), they were not willing to let us sit there, but it wasn't booked and there were other tables available as well. Then I received the worst ribs ever. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend.

A waitress named Sue is the worst waitress I've ever come across in my life. she behaves as if we are her slaves, my friends and I came to eat, we were seated at Sue's table and she said she would be back in two minutes, we waited 20 minutes until we placed the first order, when we placed the order she behaved badly, and the conversation was m' speaking in raised tones, after the meal we said to make two bills, we looked at the bills and told her that everything is mixed up here, she doesn't remember who ordered what, when we ran out of patience we told her if you don't like this job don't work and don't spoil people's mood, after that we got a reply from her that I've been working here for 23 years and I don't care what you think, and she also said if you want I'll call the manager, I said fine call, also Sue asked me where I'm from said that it's none of her business where I'm from, and then the manager came, I explained our situation, she apologized for her and that was all, it was very tasty, but I don't understand how they keep her there, probably because she's been working there for 23 years, the mood was conflicted, we will not come there again, even though we live near this city. I hope the administration will take some measures.

We were here for a friend’s birthday and had a fantastic time. We had great service and great food. I have been to this location many times before and each time just as good. Even when they’re busy there is still quick service and food. Kudos to the wait and bar staff they did a great job.

Food was good it just took to long time to get it. Services was slow and don’t know because it was a Thursday that they didn’t care or don’t know. The location was nice but the floors where dirty and tables not cleaned fast enough. It felt like the servers where doing it on purpose to not get more people. I am sure that they also get tips for the service but who knows, this is in Canada and first time here so don’t know how things are over here.

During our visit to Niagara Falls, we had dinner at Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill, and the food was the highlight! The pizza was fantastic—delicious and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the salad bowl, which was fulfilling and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for good food and a vibrant, lively atmosphere, this place won’t disappoint. However, the service was quite slow, which took away from the overall experience. While I would still recommend Boston Pizza for its food and ambiance, the service has room for improvement. With quicker service, this would be a top-tier spot in Niagara Falls!

We got the nachos and cheese ravioli and the portion of the ravioli was good but the nachos are big enough for 3-4 people IMO. The speed at which we got our food and drinks was pretty good. At first we were seated at a table with the sun directly in our face, but as soon as we asked to be moved to a booth they did move us. The servers are friendly and helpful. Price wise I suppose it is okay as well considering it is so close to the falls.
