Boston Pizza

Little disappointed to pay for a $27 pasta dish..looking forward to having just one Cheesy-Garlic Toast that comes with, it's an extra tiny cost because of the melted cheese on the bread. Normally for a couple dollars extra I wouldn't care and would leave it alone. When your pregnant and really, really craving that Garlic Cheesy Toast and don't get it. For Take Out Order: we weren't going to drive all the way back for that, their not answering the phone. It's not worth it. It's just so disappointing when your "huge-pregnant", starving, and just really craving for it. You come home - they forgot it. Somehow...1 toast for 1 pasta dish. My husband made me one at home😘

This post is only for our last order to BP. We order from this location regularly (once every 2 weeks) and are always extremely happy. My wife and I ordered takeout for 6 family members. When we arrived home after picking up the food. 2 items were missing. Called the store and the woman that answered said “yes I have it here”. We asked if she could deliver it to us, her answer “I can not”. My husband drove back to pick up the items and had to wait 10-15 extra minutes since it was not actually ready. Not 1 time did we receive an apology, just quick, arrogant replies. I believe it was the manager, tattoos on her arms. Mid 30s. Upon leaving for the second time, my husband asked for the receipt (which he did not take the first time) she gave him a hard time and made him wait 5 minutes while she went into her office and printed off a full page receipt missing the obvious details needed to file a complaint with head office. My father did not get to eat with the family since his food was missing and my husband returned home to cold, soggy food. Overall this location is great, although this manager clearly needs retraining on customer service.

Natalie was the best server we’ve ever had at Boston Pizza. Super friendly, attentive and refilled drinks without asking which is always awesome. She was fun and great with our kids. What a great dining experience.

Awful. This place used to be amazing a few yrs ago. The food portions are embarrassing. The host was nice, but not knowledgeable. Got a single wing order rather than the double we asked for, had to ask for our full meal....Things as simple as cutlery was missing. At one point, the host took away our forks. At the end... we waited 20min for ice cream and they didn't bring it out, kids were so disappointed. We had to ask the host for the take home cookies. Awful. Just.... Awful. Forget this place. It's become a nightmare.

Kitchen was behind and it showed in timing of delivery of food to table as well as some pizzas being spot on and others were…less so. But overall good experience. Shelby did great, especially considering she was the only server. Attentive and checked in regularly.

Love the ambience, the food quality is always the same. We loved the cactus cut fries and the new buffalo chicken pizza! The service was okay.

Was looking for Sicilian or Detroit style pizza for dinner. Saw BP had Sicilian. I ordered the “Loaded Pepperoni and Bacon” pizza and were extremely disappointed. The pepperoni was cut into slivers and on the whole pizza there may be 8-10 whole pepperonis. I don’t mind paying for quality but $33 for this “loaded” pizza is a joke.

Been here a bunch of times and the foods great. I can’t complain about anything i’ve tried here. The jalapenos dip is crazy delicious, the cheese bread nice and soft. Kettle chips nice and crispy and dips tasty, drinks always on time and perfect wish i could rate this place 6/5
