We booked a table for 9 & we all had a blast! The restaurant is spacious and it was a full house. Now that reflect something. The food makes me feel like I’m in Turkey again! Lot’s of authentic dishes to choose from. The servers are young, attentive, friendly and efficient. Nesli & Met made us feel at home. Will be there again soon!

We got the mixed grill for 4 and it was insanely delicious. Meats were so juicy and tender. Bulbur and rice were seasoned so well. Bread was baked fresh and was so soft when it was torn. Wish they gave us more salad and some sauce

We visited Bosphorous in Toronto to celebrate our anniversary with a special breakfast, and it was an unforgettable experience! The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance with light music and comfortable seating, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing morning. It was our first time trying a Turkish breakfast spread, and it did not disappoint! From fresh bread to delightful spreads, a variety of cheeses, perfectly cooked eggs, and traditional hot black tea—every bite was absolutely delicious. Turkish breakfast, or “kahvaltı,” was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds! A special mention to our server Eda and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming service made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend Bosphorous for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine and impeccable service. We can’t wait to return to try the kebabs !!!

My very first time trying this restaurant right across York university and I was not dissapointed. The food was good and even their salads had so much flavor and was presented nicely. The cutest robot brought us our drinks :). Mohammed was our server and he was one of the most kindest and soft spoken, warm server we had. The Turkish coffees were strong and tasted great. We sat at the restaurant for more than 3+ hours without feeling the staff trying to rush us out or asking us to bring the bill which was great. A relaxed environment with a nice ambience. Plaza is a big one so enough parking.

The atmosphere at Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine was lovely, featuring beautifully done decor that creates a warm and inviting vibe. From the elegant lighting to the tasteful artwork, the ambiance set the perfect backdrop for our meal. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with generous portions that make the dishes ideal for sharing. We tried a variety of items from the menu, and each one was a delight, showcasing authentic Turkish flavors. The standout dishes included the platter with various types of dips and bread, which was a delightful way to start our meal. However, the service left something to be desired. It was a bit slow in terms of bringing items to our table, and we found ourselves having to wave down the waitress several times for attention. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, it would have been nice to receive a bit more promptness and attentiveness. Overall, while the food was delicious and the atmosphere enjoyable, the service hiccups affected the overall experience. I appreciate the effort put into the cuisine, but I’m not sure I would return given the service challenges. Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine has potential, but a little more attention to service could go a long way.

Rice was great ; Chicken was also good ; little bit less quantity if you look at price . Good desserts . Great ambience , perfect family place . We had a tomatoe chutney with Nan , not that Great . Would recommend hummus to anyone over it .

The food taste amazing! But…. The welcoming smiles can definitely improve the experience. I understand that it was busy and can be stressful. We did wait for a while before we’re able to order and I need to remind them to give us glasses in order to drink. The experience did get better as we ordered more and have more interactions with the team. Overall the feeling was nice and neutral.

I had the pleasure of dining at Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine in North York with a group of 10-11 people, and it was an experience worth sharing. Warm hospitality and inviting ambience, the menu offered a variety of traditional Turkish dishes, and we tried multiple options. Every dish we tried was of good quality and shows authenticity. The portions were generous, for those who appreciate a good meal, especially if you’re a meat lover, this place will stand out. In a city with diverse dining options, this place comes out as a refreshing change. Whether you're familiar with Turkish cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place offers an experience that will leave you satisfied.
