Worst experience: We ordered two plates of pani puri but only received one. Additionally, the water they claimed was cumin-flavored, which was actually just full of red chili. When I called to address the issue, they merely said, "It happens sometimes," with no apology or offer to make it right. Please avoid their food. They clearly don't care about customer health. Adding just red chili to the water under the guise of spiciness is unacceptable. Mr. Manager or Ashmita, please research the negative effects of red chili, which you're misusing. Alternatively, stop selling subpar food. And I don't even wanna talk about their packaging.

The place is compact and cute. Nice interior with good service The aunty here is sweet and takes care of all the customers. I took chole bhature it was tasty.

Such a lovely cosy and well maintained place in promenade mall area. You walk in and you will be welcomed with an all White theme that makes this place very warm. I liked the aspect that the furniture is placed to reflect the indian culture and not like a regular eatery. I sincerely appreciate that. The service was quick and the dishes taste deliciously yummy. Ordered kadhai panner ( cottage cheese) and the Bombay Baingan(eggplant) with Nanna bread. The taste was so good that i tried their chole bature for dinner as well. The place has both veg and non veg options. The place is kid friendly, the restrooms are clean and of course there is ample parking! You want to some touch of Bombay, this Bombay touch is the place to go!

Went as a family of 4 to experience the food as the reviews seem to be in favor of the restaurant. But we are quite disappointed. The service was questionable (and I am being polite), the food - low quality, unappetizing and similar in taste. And the portions for main course were very small for the price they were for. I am not sure how have they gathered such high ratings and reviews. Very very disappointed. Oh and also, I didn't get the bill, straight to tap. When asked, got some 'knowledge' on how the new technology takes to tap instead of the bill. Spent a few more mins on it. One humble tip to the restaurant owner/staff, don't remove dishes before confirming if the customer is done eating or now. It's really disrespectful.

Excellent! Food was great. Especially the chicken Tikka! Butter naans were thick and soft! Place was very clean, well decorated and service was amazing for us! This place is a bit of a hidden gem 💎

My recent visit to Bombay Touch restaurant in Vaughan left an indelible mark, thanks to its delectable offerings and impeccable service. Accompanied by my son, we ventured into Bombay Touch, where he was delighted to find his favorite, the Masala Dosa, on the menu. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that all the food was prepared fresh to order. I opted for the Spicy Masala Dosa, and it was a revelation. The dosa was perfectly crafted - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and generously filled with the aromatic and spicy masala. The flavors were authentic, and the freshness of the ingredients shone through, making each bite a true delight. The service at Bombay Touch was prompt and attentive. Our orders were taken with a smile, and the food arrived in a timely manner. The staff displayed a deep understanding of the menu, assisting us in making choices that perfectly suited our preferences. After a little hiccup in the beginning, we had a great experience at Bombay Touch. The food was very good and the service improved, with Miss Lakshmi providing apologies for the issues and taking care of it immediately. The quality of food was good and the chicken tikka masala was awesome! The chaat papri was good and overall flavour profiles were good. They were quite busy with take out orders. My only thought would be to make sure that the support staff is knowledgeable about drinks and also keeping the dining area a little cleaner. I highly recommend this place! Don’t forget to follow me!!

Love the food but loved the service more. The owner was so humble and respectful. Chicken briyani was really good and spicy, just like the way I wanted. You have the option to choose how spicy you want, the spice level is mentioned on the menu. Very clean and well maintained place. The lunch time was not busy and you can visit with both small & bigger groups. Can definitely accomodate bigger groups but I would recommend calling ahead to reserve. Not sure if there are more but I only saw maybe the owner and only 1 more person working still the service was quick. There were 4 more customers when I went and the atmosphere was very comfy. I would still recommend putting the music a little low though but overall i had a great experience. I will definitely go back to dine in. ❤️
