Bombay Palace Restaurant And Banquets

The food is incredible here and the price is worth every penny. The place is very clean and the restaurant is beautiful. Service is always outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants tasty and authentic Indian food. I love it so much I eat here once a week. Mike

I Googled Bombay Palace and came across a mix of reviews, but the information on their website looked promising, so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in until we left, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. I'm not sure if it was just an off day or if this is typical of the restaurant. First, we were seated at a table that was extremely dirty—so much so that we had to request a different one. It looked like the restaurant hadn't been cleaned in months. Then, the server brought us water glasses, holding all four with one hand, meaning his fingers were inside the glasses. We asked for new ones and headed straight to the buffet. Unfortunately, the buffet selection was minimal—far fewer items than advertised on the website. There were only 3-4 appetizers, and everything was cold. I complained to the server, and to her credit, she quickly alerted someone, and we received hot appetizers. However, the chicken in the main dishes tasted off, possibly stale, though I’m not sure. The desserts were underwhelming, with only 4-5 options, and the fruit display had HAIR in it. The ONLY positives were the ice cream and the servers. The staff was kind, attentive, and the sole highlight of our visit. For a $37 bill, though, this experience was a complete letdown. Very disappointing overall.

We had our company event there and the staff was wonderfully accommodating and the food was excellent. The venue is really very nice, as well!

I had my son’s 18th birthday party in Bombay Palace on the Thanksgiving weekend. They had amazing service and helped us out with everything. I was very nervous since it was my first event but Manprit Ji took care of everything from the decorator, the AV system, DJ, to the photo booth. All the references for the vendors he provided me with were amazing and did a great job. The food was delicious, everybody was complimenting it after. There were so many choices for everything and they had a variety of choices that we could chose from. I know for a fact that all my future events will be hosted at their palace. I could go on for days and days about how splendid their service was because it truely was. I wanted to also say thank you to the staff for making my vision come to life. Overall bombay palace made my party a great success. Thank you!!!

This was our first time going to Bombay Palace and it definitely won’t be our last! we came for the lunch buffet and the food was amazing. We’re an Indian family and have high standards when it comes to Indian restaurants. The food tasted fresh and all the curries tasted unique. My favourite was the mattar paneer. The naan was soft until didn’t have that annoying chewiness like other restaurants. We’re vegetarian so they brought out extra dishes for our table which were chilli paneer and honey garlic cauliflower. The staff are extremely attentive and nice! Definitely coming back here with my family!

It was our first visit to this place. We went in for the buffet dinner over the weekend. First impression was very good for the place but soon it changed as it was very surprising to see the buffet was same for restaurant and the party in one of their halls where birthday party was happening. For the value - they had barely any starters both in veg and non veg. We have tried many buffet places but they had the least no of options and those options were on par or avg only. Nothing spectacular, we can understand if things taste and quality is amazing, we wouldn’t had minded the lesser options. In veg - chat, samosa, fritters(pakora), spring roll were the main appetisers In non veg - fried fish, chicken tikka and May be one more item I forgot were the items. And in main course also options were very limited. Dal makhani was very avg. no aroma of the spices or brewed over time. Was too bland. Overall food wise it was very avg. For the host - we met the owner who was a jubilant person and interacted with all the tables, servers were quick and trained too and had a manger to over see things. Reason we deducted numbers on service was due to the party hall guests dinning at the same place and we had to wait long for our turns. Ambience wise it was giving a good fresh vibe.

The staff were very courteous and friendly, food including the appetizers, main course and dessert were so good. The whole wheat tandoori roti paired with all the gravies perfectly. Only request it to have them include some South Indian items like dosa, Idli and vada in the menu if possible.

Updated review - The quality of the food has deteriorated. Almost all the items tasted stale or re-heated, not freshly cooked. The tandoori chicken was dry, the chicken in curry was smelly, the paneer was rubbery. We couldn't eat much. Previous review - Excellent Indian Buffet. Very authentic. All the items were delicious. I loved their chaat, tandoori chicken salad, chilly chicken and paneer items the most. They serve freshy baked naan ( including garlic naan) directly to the table. The interior is nice, and staffs are cordial.
