I was their regular customer. Few days back i went there with my family and i ordered noodles burger that girl making burgers without gloves when i asked her she said if you have problem talk with the owner very poor service and i am gonna complaint to food inspector. They don't even know that while making food they have to wear gloves.

I have been coming to this place from 4 years, the dahi gol gappe are the best, their veggie burgers are true indian taste, They never disappointed me with the food and the service!

I was really excited to try Bollywood Burgrill, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The Bollywood Burger was just okay, nothing special. Unfortunately, the Chicken Kebab Roll and Soya Chaap Kathi Roll were disappointing—lacked flavor and freshness. I had high hopes for the place, but it fell short. Not really worth it, especially given all the other great options out there. Wouldn't recommend it based on this experience.

They were out of paan , got falooda but ice cream was a lil sour at end . They charge 50 cents on credit card which is a turn off . Cheap place

I ordered veggie burgers which were delicious and to be frank the best one I ever had in Canads so far. But I also ordered a veggie sandwich which was made by what i reckon the frozen veggies instead if the grated veggies and the spices(masale) were overwhelming and it was not upto my expectations and wont be trying ever again. I also ordered the Mango shake and I liked it taste wise but it was not thick as a shake is supposed to be. It was more of mango milk and the taste of mango was not from real mangoes either. Overall the service was real quick I would definitly go there for the burgera but I would avoid other things.
