Food is soo great i come back everytime i need a good lunch. Emma helped us and she is so nice. I LOVE THE CHICKEN TENDERS SO MUCH. and the ranch is the most amazing thing i’ve ever tried. Will keep on coming back. LOVE IT 10/10

I just came at 9'o clock to take out my order and it was an absolute delight. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the chocolate shake was the perfect complement. My child & I loved it . But what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Anand. He was friendly and explained the best items of the store, and made sure every aspect of my meal was perfect. If you're looking for a great meal, I highly recommend this store for shakes. Thanks.

Came here for their 2 year anniversary. They were having a BOGO on their burger signature fries and shake Place was very busy with a line up. Atmosphere was celebratory Customer service was great. The individual taking orders was very kind professional and did not rush anyone even though there was a long line up. This meal was only worth it because it was BOGO. The burgers were just okay - the meat was smaller than the buns so along more bread then expected. And subpar flavour. And the lettuce was starting to brown. The signature fries even as a BOGO were Definitely not worth the spend. The shakes on the other hand were very tasty!!! Definitely worth the try! My experience could have been due to the fact it was quite busy and there were a lot of orders going through so possibly rushed... can't say for sure .... For the regular prices they have in place and the quality -- I probably will not go there again unless there is another deal -- as it is significantly expensive. My total was $53.54 but after discount came out to $30.25 (2 burgers. 2 fries. 2 shakes) May go back for a shake every now and then if needed.

This was my first visit. The line up to place the order was about 5 minutes then we waited 41 minutes for our food. The burger was over done and very small (see pic). The “bacon” was $2.50 for a single piece and I’m not sure what kind of bacon it was. Poutine was large but soggy and the milk shake was quite good but was made at the beginning so was 30 minutes old when my meal arrived. Also, above my budget for a burger!

In search of parm fries, we ended up here on the recommendation of someone on Durham Region Eats/FB. What a great find! They were delicious but what impressed me most was the service .... and if you follow my Google reviews you will know that THAT is something that will always stand out for me as there are far too many restaurants out there that lack in smiles and courtesy. We were there on Saturday, August 31 during the lunch hour and service was fast - another WIN in my books! The lovely men that served us came out during our meal to see how things were and offer more smiles and this is rare considering it is a fast food restaurant. The chicken burger was crispy and delicious and my husband enjoyed his hamburger. I was just alerted to the fact that they have daily specials so ... I'm thinking I will have to make it a point to go try other items on their big menu. Oh, and their milkshakes look amazing - it's on my list if MUST TRY soon. Lastly, and something that many can appreciate - the washroom was SPOTLESS (as it should be ... and let that be a reminder to other restaurants to smarten up.) See you soon.

We ordered from this place tonight to try for the first time, i’ve never been more disappointed. The packaging was flimsy and my onion rings were all over the bag, the poutine spilled everywhere and was soggy and gross, the fries we got with the burger combo were under cooked and soggy, 0/10, the “award winning fries” were nothing more than regular frozen fries you can get at the grocery store.

*Updated after reply* *Raw Burgers* I visited boardwalk burgers on a Tuesday. It wasn’t busy at all. I was excited to try them out for the first time. I was greeted by the cashier as soon as we walked in which was nice. I proceeded to order the boardwalk burger combo along with a chipotle burger. Within about 5-7 mins of ordering we got our food. Me and my wife were surprised at how quick we got the food also a bit skeptical if our food would be cooked properly. To our surprise the burgers were actually raw. As me and my wife were eating our burgers my wife pointed out theirs parts of the burger that were bright pink. And as I looked at my burger closely I found the same. I went to the employee and told him that I didn’t want to give him a hard time but this is what we’ve encountered. He apologized to me and told me he didn’t know why this happened. Which was nice but not a solution to the issue. I felt shocked that he didn’t offer us to remake the food or even refund us. So I thought I’d make a review as this was unacceptable. At that point I didn’t argue or say anything further as it had been a long day and left the restaurant. I replied to the email as the restaurant told me to send them an email. I have gotten no reply back. Goes to show that the restaurant want to look good publicly by replying to the bad reviews. They don’t do anything to make it up to their clients bad experience. Not going here again!

I come here quite often with my partner amazing halal burgers in Whitby where there aren’t too many halal burger options! I met with Emma the owners wife and she was very pleasant an absolute delight very friendly and kind. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were accommodated appropriately! 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for their awesome shakes!
