My friend ordered a cocktail with raspberries. The cocktail they made for her had no raspberries. When we asked, our server said they ran out of raspberries so the bartender had made a drink with grapefruit instead. She should have asked what my friend would want as a replacement. The manager came by, and we complained about the drink. He took it and brought back the drink my friend ordered. So they did have raspberries. They get two stars from me because some of the food we ordered was fine.

Typical restaurant tasting Ceasar that tasted like it had no alcohol in it. Very disappointed. Place seems like a cafeteria without an ambience such as music to drown out other conversations. Hostess checked on us once and wasn't seen for most of the duration of our visit.

Food quality is pretty good, value for the small portion you get us bunk tho. See attached photo. Each of those tiny dishes cost $10 each. The ravioli "meal" had 2 ravioli pieces. Bravo BNB.

Went there for brrakfast yesterday. Hostesses were not over friendly. Wanted breakfast menu was told we were 1 mintue late. I have been to other resturants where depanding out you wanted would allow it. I just wanted a eggs benny. We were seated and said there for over 10 minutes before the waiter came over. They were not busy. He was just clearing tables. Finally order and waited forever for a coffee. Our meal didn't come for over 30 minutes. I got the all day breakfast. Toast was burnt, eggs cold to name a few things wrong. For what this cost us. I would expect better. Service was so slow.

Terrible experience. Don't even think about expecting anything decent. I had the grilled vegetable sandwich. Absolutely no flavour at all. The panini was not toasted, more like microwaved. Vegetables soggy and the goat cheese was bland. Fries might as well have been from Costco, and not the good ones. Don't know what they were trying for but they achieved an atrocity. I literally had to get a ginger graval in me to settle things down. Super expensive for a stomach upset. Don't bother. It isn't even the old Trader Vic's. So many decent places around downtown. Should have known better.

Hostess was rude telling us to sit at the bar, she grunted when we asked for a table despite restaurant being empty. Server was good, smiling and getting our order in a timely manner. Not only was the glass dirty, but it was also dusty. Asked for a clean one and server apologized and got another. Unfortunately, the new one was in a similar situation as the first.

Gluten free options. Good late night menu for food and drink. Fun staff.

Just OK. Tried their breakfast buffet, which costs CAD 28 before tax (CAD 31.64 with 13% HST). They had a nice selection, but the quality and taste of the food wasn't worth the inflated price. The scrambled eggs were lukewarm and tasted dry, the cheese had darkened from being left out and its edges dried, the bacon was swimming in grease, the cantaloupe was hard and unripe. The highlight of my plate was the almond croissant, and even that wasn't much to write home about. While conveniently located in the hotel lobby, I would definitely not return.
