First time at the Oakville location, terrific experience. Wings were great - half price too, and service very good and friendly. Nice olc school easy listening music..will definitely be my new wings joint..

First visit to BLK Swan Kitchen Hub Oakville and I have to say that it did not disappoint. Our server Samantha M. made our visit extremely welcoming. She offered suggestions, myself and partner took her suggestions, and we ran with it. She is extremely nice, and one of the best servers that I have ever came accrossed in a long time. She made sure we were enjoying our food and at the end brought a delicious slice of cheesecake for my partners birthday 🎂 the surrounding guest sang happy birthday to her and my partner was a loss for words - blushing the whole time. We would love to thank Samantha for making our visit so fabulous, I have to say she is a 5 star waitress. Looking forward to coming back.

Good food and friendly service. Had to wait a few times for a drink refill. Too small of a venue for the amount of speakers they had for their live band. Left your ears ringing.

Absolutely amazing service, food and drinks! Our server Ava is the best! She's very kind and checks in often. She's very knowledgeable on the drink menu and was able to give us some great recommendations. The drinks are delicious, and so is the food. I also came here back in March for my birthday and they had a limited menu that day due to something in the kitchen being broken, but there was still a wide variety to choose from that day. Ava was also able to give us a $5 off coupon that day to make up for the limited menu which was very considerate of her. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the amazing service here.

Decent watering hole with good service, atmosphere, and not bad food. Found the yorkie roast to be bland, but the tenders were quite delicious!

I have been wanting to come to this establishment since it opened. Their social media pics of food and drinks tempted me, called to me in my dreams. “Go to black swan” was in my head. Well, we finally made it here and it did NOT disappoint. We have been missing a great pub with good drinks, amazing food and experience. Jayme our server is so knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Background music got 2 thumbs up from my boys and husband. They have specials everyday! The drinks- got the bangin’ blueberry lemonade- so good. 3oz of booze!! That might be helping this positive review at the moment. The food- build your own burger= superb. I had the yorkshire roast beef. Extensive kids menu and they were able to add ground beef to my sons pasta!! No other restaurant has been able to fulfill this request. Blk swan did!! I want to specifically point out their onion rings. Remember the onion rings from your childhood that were so good and couldn’t be replicated? Blk swan has done it!!! We had to order a separate basket which we ended up having as desert. We are now leaving happy and 10lb heavier. Next time we will have to wear our eating pants. Thanks Blk swan!

Amazing place with great holiday drinks. The place has a very nice vibe to it and the decor is good as well. Loved their nachos and chocolate cake. The service is pretty awesome, we didn't like their veggie burger and they took it off the bill without any questions since we didn't eat it. Would definitely visit again!!
