Blackstone Steakhouse and Grill - Mississauga

Went to this famous steakhouse in Mississauga along with couple of my friends. Ordered Chef Special 16oz rib eye - medium (since rib eye is the safest option when exploring new places) I was expecting a typical steak cooked with nothing but salt and paper, butter basted with Garlic and rosemary… However this one came loaded with a special sauce. Which in all fairness was alright. Now steaks are all about quality of the “cut”… a great chef cant do much if the meat quality itself is not at par.. now having said that, presentation and cooking was on point but I didn’t enjoy the taste of beef itself. Which i would blame its quality (i.e. old animal or old meat not sure) Ambiance is nice and cozy. Staff was super attentive and courteous so lot of respect!!! Overall not a bad place, i might give it one more try to see if next one gets better.

Had a fantastic time eating here! Our sever Dimmi was an absolute gem! So kind, accommodating and patient. It was our first time eating here and it was such an experience. The food, presentation, and ambience of the restaurant is unmatched. If you're on the fence about eating here don't be! You won't be disappointed!!

This is our second time coming here and it’s always a great experience! Saman was especially really helpful, giving us extra sauces and letting us stay longer and most of all she was very kind. The service here is always great. The waitresses know what steak to recommend to your liking. The food is finger licking good and the portion size is a lot for the price you pay. Will be coming again :)

Good steakhouse with large portions served uniquely on black stone. It is halal, so there is no alcohol but there is a wide range of beautiful non-alcoholic beverages. I attended with a large group & and unfortunately, we were not served our food for a very long time. In the end, they removed the cost of all of our drinks from our bill & didn't impose the 15% gratuity that is added for 7 or more people. Instead, they allowed us to add whatever tip we wanted or didn't want. Grateful they tried to do something to help fix our experience.

The food is great, best halal steaks in town! Just recently they mixed up my order and took a while to make it even when it wasn't so busy. The server was apologetic. They did fix the order and gave us cheesecake which was nice! There cheesecake was homemade and it was actually very tasty with coconut bits.

Overall food quality was really nice. There was a lot of wait and the restaurant was full, a lot of people waiting. I'm glad we made a reservation. Enjoyed the food with fries, and the experience of stone steak was nice. I wish the tables were a little big for big platters as they won't fit comfortably. The mint and lime srink was very nice and refreshing. Our server was Dimi, very nice and polite.

Not a good overall dining experience at all!!! At such high prices, one expects an overall dining experience of high quality. unfortunately this was not true for us. We were seated at a table which had a torn seat with the tear covered by cheap black duct tape. i spent the entire evening looking at this torn seat. We were also seated at the table close to a table which had about 10 bottles of cleaning sprays in full view. Not a very appealing view to look at while having food. The steaks were good but unfortunately the ambiance was not what one would expect from a high priced restaurant. ( we paid more than CAD 70 per head) Disappointing experience. Owner must take note!!
