I'm not sure what happened here. We went in at 5:30pm. We were stared at by the 2 people working there. I asked the man if the kitchen was open. I was told yes. We went to sit down and the lady working there said they didn't have much left. ?? I said I was there for all day breakfast I heard about. She said they no longer have that. I said okay we will just leave. She didn't offer what ever they had. I don't know if it was that I looked tired as I moved that day, but the place did not look fancy. Maybe we are the wrong ethnic group? Maybe they don't want to serve disabled people? I read they were open until 1:00am. I just moved into the area. I eat out almost every day. I sure won't go back here again. Weirdest experience from a restaurant ever.

Typical Toronto style breakfast ($6.50 at time of writing). Good coffee. Prompt and courteous service. Not very vegan, but the toast is good 🙂

Had a great time at the Black Knight tavern. A neighborhood bar. A enjoyable night with some locals to watch the raps game after a work dinner. Nice, real people. Head in, shimmy up to the bar and have a pint with Georgie and the crew. Skip out on the pretzels though.

Has a great breakfast deal. $6 for the regular breakfast including a coffee, which was roasted very well. Would definitely recommend if looking for a cheap place to go in Toronto, but not for big portion sizes.

I absolutely love this place! Been eating breakfast here for years. It's particularly good after a late night. The food and drinks are cheap and the service is amazing. The menu is huge. I've had basically everything on it and let me tell you, it's all great. They don't advertise it on the menu but ask for a Caesar and you'll be pleasantly suprised.

Exactly what you can expect from a 5$ breakfeat (coffee inclued) ! It was really good actully and full of bacon ! Many friendly regulars customers made for a nice ambience and make up for the no-nonscense waitress.
