I ordered chicken biryani and gajar ka halwa sweet through Uber Eats. While the biryani was fine, I was shocked to find the gajar ka halwa was completely moldy when I opened the box. This is extremely concerning, as it suggests a lack of care in food storage and hygiene. It raises serious doubts about the quality and safety of the other food items as well. I hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously and ensures better food handling in the future.

Yesterday me and my friend ordered two biryani and one lemon pepper chicken. Which is completely waste, lemon chicken is little better, for that one star, For biryani i don't have chance to give negative star rating. If i have chance, i would give -10. We ordered two bone less chicken biryani, rice is completely like dry rice. Rice doesn't have flavour at all, seems like very old rice they were serving. No masala for bone less pieces and rice as well . Note:- if you want eat biryani from here, my suggestion is to prepare some Malasa at home. Coming to Raita and mrichi ka Salana, Raita is too tangy I guess which is storage from last ten days This is double highlight Mrichi ka salana is like waste water. I felt they just some colour and some spices to cooked meat. Fully waste of money.

As always, the food was delicious. I've taken out here numerous times, and they've never once disappointed me. Their chicken joint appetizer is my go-to, with generous portions of cashews and an irresistible masala. While wait times can sometimes be a bit longer and online orders occasionally get missed, the staff is consistently great. A special kudos to the amazing girl at the counter who handled a difficult customer with grace under pressure. Don't be swayed by negative reviews; they likely come from people with ulterior motives. Will keep visiting here again. I was present and was a witness while the other person named rajaprabhu yelled at the staff and attempted to go into the kitchen. The owner was very polite on the call. I heard everything. Don't deceive by wasteful reviews by cheap people who want to get free food.

Palnadu mutton biryani: 7/10. Body: 10/10 layered so you get the dum biryani vibe. I believe they make the rice separately and based on what you ask for they curry up some rice and put in between 2 layers. Spicy: 8/10. Nice and spicy. But it’s saucy and has tangy taste initially. Not kurhai type. Authentic: 5/10 not authentic as they just mix a curry for the middle layer Value: 7/10 I tried the solo. Box portion not bad. I had 1/3 of it and only had one small mutton piece in it.

Take out place only. Prices have increased and biryanis are very expensive now . Less options for Mild biryani . Many options for medium spice level biryani . Vegetable biryanis are also available. Mushroom kaju biryani is a good one. Tray options are also available which are good if there is party at your house . One tray might fulfill 4 -5 people .

I ordered Ghee Roast Kaju Mutton briyani bucket and chicken 65 wet. Very disappointed. I won't go again. Chicken 65 is just masala raw i can taste from the marination. Biriyani is just boiled rice top and bottom with goat meat in the middle totally don't taste anything like what they made few months ago. Very disappointed with this quality for $60. Please fix whatever is wrong with making today. Sep 2nd Edit: the store offered to remake the order and i went to pickup after a month but i regret. They made me wait really long time to verify the promoise and asked me to remove the review inturn but I denied to do right away. Isaid "I'll delete if they did good this time". The owner Hitender arrived in person and went all furious on me. He has no idea how to resolve the situation in a decent way treating the customer right. Good luck to the owner treating the customers this way. I hope the briyaniwala Franchisor give him training on how to treat their customers right.

I heard a lot about Biryaniwalla for their biryanis so thought of trying it out this time. The Biryaniwalla restaurant in Whitby is a small take away store only for pick ups. I ordered the Kadai Veg Biryani from their Biryani menu. It came with raita and a biryani gravy. I was told that the biryani was very spicy but when I tasted it, it wasn’t that spicy as I am used to eating spicy food 😊 The quantity was good and it tasted pretty good as well. The biryani masala was nicely cooked and had a rich flavour of the spices along with a variety of vegetables in it. The raita, however, was just bland without any salt or pepper in it. It wasn’t the best biryani I have had but quite good compared to other vegetable biryanis that I’ve tried so far from restaurants specializing in biryanis. Also, the price was a bit higher for just a vegetable biryani. It was $17 after tax. Considering it being only a take away restaurant, the price shouldn’t have been that high. Nevertheless, I’m excited to try their Chicken biryani next time if I’m around that place!
