I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, regularly ordering food because it was good, and the service was reliable. However, this time was a huge disappointment. Both trays of food turned bad quickly with in 2-3 hours, which has never happened before, and when I reached out to let them know, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for loyal customers. Had to throw out all of it. This is not how you retain customers, and I’m seriously not ordering from here again. Wouldn’t suggest either.

Very very disappointed. We ordered veg Manchurian and biryani yesterday. Manchurian, it was completely uncooked inside. I could taste the flour and raw flavours. They just gave me the raw manchirian tossed in sauce. We had to throw everything. Never ordering again. Sooo much masala in biryani

The food is always tasty and good. But this time We have ordered through Uber eats, clearly mentioned that it should be mild. But it was too spicy we couldn’t even eat it.

Like why and how can you make so bad food?? Do you even taste your own food?? So much of masala in a biryani like are we eating biryani or masala with little rice? Woooaaahhhhh chicken malai tikka!! Well done guys you have achieved a next level of talent of making a chicken into a rock

Hands down the best biryani in town, decent prices, and great portions. Plethora of choices to choose from, and you get a free 2L thumbs up or coke free with minimum order of bucket for 3 people. My go-to spot for biryani and been going there for years now.

Food is delicious we ordered half tandoori and dynamic paneer which was too yummy and worth it. Palnadu chicken and also paneer is too yummy. Service is great.

Audacity to call themselves biryani walla. I'm sorry I'm disappointed 😞 they give white rice biryani but base is off putting with curry leaves 🍃 😢 since when biryani gets Curry leaves? They sell south Indian inspired biryani. Not Hyderabadi or Pakistani biryani.

Food here is really good but be careful if the advise you it's spicy it's going to be more then the average Indian spot. Ordered a couple different dishes and the guy behind the counter advised me that it either comes with rice or not but just regular on it and I wanted garlic naan so was asking to pay extra to make it garlic on and he said he could not do it lol. I mean on paper it's only a dollar more so why not just charge me a dollar more but he said he could not do that which is weird hence why I'm removing onestar from this review. Also to play seems a bit dirty inside and could use a touch-up.
