We took a uber delivery for snacks. And received wrong order. We orderd a sharja which was not at all good and ordered for 1 bonda, 2 pazhampori, 2 chicken cutlets and 1 beef cutlet. Firstly we didnt receive bonda and the beef cutlet but got 2 samosa. And everything tasted awful.

I ordered chicken dum Biriyani and kappa Biriyani from this restaurant for a party with my friends in, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The order was delayed by 1.5 hours, which completely ruined our plans. One of our friends couldn’t even join us for the meal because they had to leave before the food arrived. When the food finally came, the chicken Biriyani was a disaster. The rice was undercooked, there was no proper masala, and the spices were overpowering and poorly balanced. Despite being hungry, none of us could finish even half of it. The beef kappa Biriyani was slightly better but still far from satisfactory. The delay and the poor quality of food made this a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering Biriyani from this place is not worth the time or money.

I recently visited Biryani Shakes and had an extremely disappointing experience. A particular staff member, a old lady at the counter, displayed unprofessional customer service. Her attitude was dismissive, and she misbehaved with us when we tried to clarify our order. Additionally, she seemed to struggle with understanding our language, which led to multiple errors in the order. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar-definitely not what you would expect at a biryani shop. Overall, this experience was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in both service and food quality. We lost our money and time for this kind of food and experience, really disappointed!!!

Being new to the food business, these guys have that courage to serve the stale and dried ( am sure its a two day old )half cooked rice to their new customers. Congratulations on loosing an early customer.

The food at this place is absolutely amazing! The Kappa and Fish Curry were delicious, with great flavors and perfectly cooked. The snacks, like the cutlets and pazhampori, were a real treat—crispy, flavorful. They also offer a dosa batter, which is fantastic; it has that homely touch and makes for the perfect dosa.

Very new restaurant in town with delicious n mouthwatering kerala dishes and snacks .I ate their kappa n meen curry .it reminded me of kerala . Later, Chicken 65 biriyani was also fine. Most food is combos and great amazing offers It's a new restaurant, so go support 🙌 as of now. 3 ppl can dine They also sell fresh dosa batter, 1L for very little price...
