We came to order Goat Paya and purchased 1 plate beef kabab. Paya we found heated in microwave oven and smell of haldi and others was prominent as they Did not fry well (بھون). Gooda was very cold. Kabab were dry. Only good thing was Nann

I had placed an order on December 01, 2021 @12:45 PM and requested the time for pickup. The items were biryani and sesame naan. I had informed over the phone that I will pick up at 1:20pm. When I reached the location, my items were not ready and they told me to wait for 10 mins. I was okay to wait for 10 mins but when it passed the 55 min mark it became ridiculous for me to stay there and wait for the food that I had ordered beforehand. The service I received was extremely bad and very disappointing. It seems that the people working in this restaurant do not care about the time of the customer and will make them wait as long as they want. The food was also mediocre and was not as expected which is disappointing. I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this restaurant as the quality is the worse along with customer service since they like to charge you full amount and make you wait for a long time. This is extremely brutal to have a customer standing and waiting for their order and none of the people apologized for the long wait and simply just went away. It seems they do not care about the reputation and would like to waste time and not provide proper details. Why would you confirm the time for pickup when the food is not ready shows how professional they are?

Food is not fresh at all other then biryani and naan rest is all precooked for days.Got food poisoning twice lately, last time when I was there last night and saw the owner of the place and I complained to him about food and his reply was if you got food poison then why you came back to my restaurant. That was such a rude answer, by the way it’s not the first time they been rude to their customers they always have problems with other customers as well. I do not recommend this place because of their food quality and customer service

We have been coming here for over 10 years, recently the business side has been horrible. $2.50 for 1 small samosa when you can get a big pack of the SAME samosas frozen at Bestway on McLaughlin. Chicken biryani is 95% rice with 2 small pieces of chicken. Half the time “they don’t have it” so they upcharge you on the boneless biryani. Wait time is crazy, why am I waiting when you packed my food in front of me 20 minutes ago? Seriously, this used to be a good restaurant.

I asked for veggie biryani I am a pure vegetarian and i found some pieces of chicken in my biryani and the size of potato piece is too big and they are raw too what the hell is this.These type of things are not good in any business.Don’t ever visit this place.

Went to pickup food. I ordered ahead for a full grilled chicken and the order was ready in no time. The accompanying raita wasn't the best but the main chicken was absolutely delicious 😋. Inside the store, other available items looked great and I will try those the next time. If you are looking for charred grilled chicken this is the right place for it.
