Bingz Crispy Burger Square One 西少爷肉夹馍 is a new restaurant in Mississauga opened more than 6 months ago.
Bingz was founded in 2014 by two Chinese programmers in Beijing. Bingz’s iconic product, the crispy burger series, is inspired by the “world's oldest burger” invented 2,000 years ago in the Qin dynasty. We take this rich heritage and infuse it with a contemporary twist, featuring a unique blend of crispy out buns filled with 100% grain-fed Canadian pork and locally sourced beef. Every crispy burger is freshly baked in-house using Bingz selected flour, to ensure the “crispy than ever” experience for every customer.

Tried Bingz Crispy Burger and enjoyed the Butter Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. Both had great texture with crispy buns, but the flavors could have been a bit bolder. Still worth trying for something unique!

First time trying here. I got the Black Pepper Beef. The website site says it's a local-farm beef knuckle cut and king oyster mushroom stir-fried with special black pepper sauce. The burger bun was nice and crisp, but no flavor. The pepper sauce was good, but the meat had too many fatty pieces for me. Not my cup of tea! Ordered the authentic pork burger, with chili oil wontons as a side. I also ordered an orange drink (I forgot the name). The burger was greasy, but not as fatty as some I’ve had. Chili oil wontons were too bland, but the drink was great. The man at the counter was polite and respectful.

The service was fast but this Bingz location isn’t what I’m used to compared to its much better Location in Markham. The buns were too crispy, mind you I love crispy but not when it’s falling apart. The meat had no flavour besides black pepper and too much sauce and not nearly as much actual meat.

This Chinese fast food place is located in the lower level of the food court in Square One. We experienced a wait time for our order. The food was different and they had an option of many crispy burger fillings. The outer covering reminds me of a flaky pastry so it’s enjoyable and I found it to be the perfect size. The matcha and plum drinks were unique combos which went with the food. Loved how the food was presented and served. Would def return to try the other items in the menu.

First time trying and will definitely be back! We tried the black pepper beef and the signature beef burgers .. both were nicely flavoured and the bun was nice and crispy!! (Like phyllo pastry). The combo came with a drink and fries .. the fries come with a chili powder seasoning that adds a nice spice to it. We also tried the chilli oil wonton - it was garnished with peanuts and cilantro and was delicious. Will definitely be back to try more!

This famous Chinese Fast Food chain has finally opened up a new location in SquareOne Food CentralFood Hall and I’m really happy. They serve their burgers in a crispy and light bun exclusive to them and it makes the burger delicious and not heavy at the same time. There’s always a lineup here, specially if you go during their grand opening when they have Bogo promotion (buy one, get one free). But it’s definitely worth waiting in the lineup. We ordered “Signature Pork” and “Black Pepper Beef” from Crispy Entrees menu, “Chicken Wonton Soup” and “Hot & Sour Glass Noodle” from Perfect Matches menu and finally “Matcha Cloud Milkshake” and “Plum Cold Brew” from Beverage menu. I loved the Glass Noodles as I love spicy food and it was the right amount of spicy for me. I definitely recommend the crispy burgers as they’re fresh, delicious, fulfilling, but not heavy. The staff are also very friendly and patient considering how busy they are everyday.

The new Bingz Crispy Burger is fantastic! Their featured pork burger is delightfully crispy and absolutely delicious. The food is served quickly, even during busy times. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Today, they have a BOGO promotion, which explains the long line, but it's definitely worth the wait!
