Love their vibes and music. I had such a great time here with my besties. Strongly recommended for group party or night outs in downtown Toronto

I’ve been coming to big trouble for a while, it’s my favourite bar to hang out or go out. The vibes are always there, music is there, the food is insane, and everyone super friendly. Shoutout to Perry, he’s so quick and makes sure we’re taken care of whenever we stop by. 10/10 recommend.

The food is incredible, the atmosphere is moody in the best way possible, but what really makes this place great is the service. Our server, Kwaku, made us feel welcome and at home from the start, remembered our names throughout the night and made us feel like part of his family. A wonderful human and a great night with delicious food and dancing.

Wow this place really is like being transported to somewhere in Asia. The decorum is hip the guy is really gracious and the food has a taste that honours the origin. Great for late night open till 2am small plates no too pricey dishes include bang bang rolls ginger butternut squash dumplings and cauliflower bites 🥟🇨🇳🏮👍 🥢

Cover was only $10 and coat check $3, cash, which is reasonable. We arrived around 11:30 and there was no line, the bouncers were very nice too. We came here on a Friday night just to dance, the music was ok (mostly pop) but not the best to dance to. The crowd seemed to be having a good time though. I liked the vibes, dimly lit with lanterns on the ceiling. Would give this bar another go and try their food next time.

Randomly found out this hidden bar in China town on a Wednesday date night and had a mixed experience. The highlight of my visit was definitely the delicious tapas they offer. The food was not only good but also reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality. The bar had a nice, inviting vibe, and the playlist added to the overall ambiance. However, I must admit that the service left something to be desired. It could have been more attentive and prompt. If I were to return to Big Trouble Bar, it would likely be mainly for the fantastic food.

We had so much fun here! We came in at 8:30 PM to avoid the $10 cover fee that starts at 9 PM on weekends. Make sure to bring cash for coat check ($3/coat). They also have an ATM if you need it, but there is a fee to use it. My friends enjoyed their food; they ordered the Cheeseburger House Dumplings and the Popcorn Chicken Fries Supreme. The Mangosteen Baijiu is good and has a nice value to it as well. $27 for about 19 shots for all of us! I also got myself a lychee mojito and enjoyed it. The staff are friendly as well. The DJ that had that night played lots of 2000s R&B and hip hop. There were a good mix of popular and older songs. I believe this spot is worthy of returning to and I’d recommend it!

Love the vibes, love the ambience. The restaurant is kinda small with not a lot of tables. It becomes very lively later in the evening and transforms itself into a night club. Drinks are fantastic especially the Lychee Mojito and Jameson Herbal Tea! They definitely don't cheap out on the alcohol. Food was good and inexpensive, mainly finger food. I highly recommend the Popcorn Chicken Fries Supreme and the Bang Bang Shrimp. I'd advise coming early to avoid the line up!
