The wontons are giant. In this traditional Canton cuisine restaurant, we ordered the Shrimp Wonton Noodle in Soup and Pork Knuckle & Beef Tripe Vermicelli in Soup. The portions are generous. Servers are responding promptly with a nice and friendly manner.

Was doing some grocery shopping and afterwards my partner and I were hankering for some noodles Ive been to other locations but saw there was one here so decided to give them a try. Overall things are pretty consistent in terms of portion size and quality. Absolutely love their soft and flavourful beef brisket on regular noodles This location is rather small so there might be a wait during peak periods. There's very little available parking right where the store is. I Suggest you park underground and make your way up

The food was served incredibly fast, which was surprising. My noodle soup arrived in about a minute, and the dry noodles in less than five minutes, reflecting the fast-paced Hong Kong style. The lo mein were ordinary with no standout features, just three components served together without much integration. The rice noodle soup was delicious with a rich broth. The beef tendon, brisket, and tripe noodles were outstanding, well-stewed, flavorful, and tender. The chili oil was not very spicy but very fragrant. The only downside was feeling very thirsty afterward, indicating it was a bit too salty for me. Despite the low prices, the environment was very clean. The tables weren't sticky, and the floor was reasonably clean. Tips: You can ask the staff for a small dish to serve chili oil/soy sauce.

One of my favourite luncheons in Markham, Ontario, is the Big Trio Wonton Noodles. They’ve got the most tender beef tendon/bridkets, and delicious shrimp wontons here. Serve with nicely simmered/hot wonton soup and choy sum (with oyster sauce) and spicy chili chow oil on the side. This place now marks ons of my favourites and will plan to return here if I ever go back to Toronto. This location is also near the Pacific Mall which is real convenient if you’re planning to go shopping afterwards. My only issue is cramped parking spaces which are really common in Toronto. However, if you’re lucky to find a parking spot here, that’ll be great but limited parking may vary from busy times. My advice is if you’re going with family or a group, try ordering a variety of protein assortment items so you’ll each have a sample taste of how great the wontons, beef tendons and briskets are at Big Trio.

There is a wide variety on the menu for noodles with your choice of toppings and wontons. The food comes very fast, almost immediately after ordering. The wontons are very large and flavourful. Other toppings we got and enjoyed were beef brisket and dumplings.

Got the beef brisket and dumpling noodles here. The food comes out fast and service is efficient. The noodles had a good bouncy texture. The brisket pieces I got were very lean and a bit stringy. Dumplings are massive but tasty.

(Recent Visit) Haven’t been to Big Trio for a while. The service was still good but the taste of my favourite cuttlefish balls have changed. It used to be very chewy and full of cuttlefish flavour. But now I think they changed their ingredients or recipe. It’s no longer chewy and yummy. They were still big in size but, the texture was more soft and tasteless. I wish they can bring back the same nice cuttlefish balls from before. (Previous Visit) Very tasty & good portion! Take out tastes as good as dine in order. They keep the noodles chewy and the soup hot. Their signature wonton, beef brisket and cuttlefish balls are amazing! Service is always great and efficient ! It was great to enjoy soup noodles with dine in service at the restaurant. Even though the prices have gone up a bit, but the food quality was consistent and everything was yummy so it was worth it.
