Big Trio Wonton Noodle 大三元 - Aurora

Best wonton in the area for the taste and atmosphere of the restaurant. The broth and wontons are flavourful and have a signature savour to them, and the noodles are perfectly al dente. Also, the restaurant is very clean (including even the condiment tray) and the staff are friendly. 10/10, highly recommend !! Simplicity done so well.

Big fan of Big Trio! Lots on the menu but my all time favourite is the beef brisket noodle soup with a side of fried wontons! Perfect all the time! Great location too.

Consistent quality to other Big trio chains. This particular location has a combo deal with a drink and side for an extra $5. Wontons are the size of golf balls and fantastic quality (my favourite of any wonton chains). Noodles have the perfect chew. Broth is delicious. Chili oil is nice and spicy. All necessary condiments such as vinegar is provided on the table. Food is served extremely quickly.

I have tried their take out food, first time sat down to have a quick dinner. Their Wonton is very famous , yes, good taste and big ! I think BIG is not the problem , the most important part is the taste and the proportion of shrimp in the wonton. I think they are one of the best wonton in Ontario. I have tried their beef brisket , it's very soft and yummy too. The deep fry wonton is a must try snack too.

First timer at dining in at Big Trio and was surprised by their generous portions. With inflation and food prices going crazy you would think restaurants would either reduce portions or increase prices. Not here! They now offer a combo where you get a noodle + choice or veggie or fried fish skin + a drink for $15 which is what we went for. The fried fish skin was fresh and crispy. Their wonton and dumplings were huge (size of a baby fist)!! Beef slices and briskets were tender so the whole experience was satisfying. Definitely coming back to try other things.

Nice small restaurant, the menu is conveniently placed on the table, under a thick piece of plastic. The shrimp wontons and dace fish balls had great flavor. The soup was good but could have been more concentrated. I got rice noodles but for some reason they were pretty much shredded, I didn't find a noodle longer than 7 cm in my bowl... I would eat here again but hope the noodles are done properly next time. Update: went back another time, noodles are much better this time. Interestingly, there's a F45 gym beside the store. You can hear the loud bass coming from the other side of the wall along with the restaurants own music.

Food was relatively good and prices were very reasonably. The noodle was al-dente, which is what it supposed to be. Wonton, fish skin and beef briskets were above average. Place is clean and service is prompt. A definitely good place to have a quick bite.
